if you have stayed in other cygnet properties do not got go here the siliguri cygent is just not what other cygnet offers . old interiors room , termites on furniture , damp on floors

I recently stayed at Hotel Sygnett Style Tania's from 20.08.2025 to 21.08.2025 for official purpose, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff warmly welcomed me with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel comfortable right away. Throughout my stay, the entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I booked this hotel with complementary Breakfast & Dinner. Needless to say, food budget & quality was beyond my expectations and restaurant staffs also very clear about timings. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I truly appreciated the prompt service whenever I requested assistance, and the overall ambience of the hotel made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Special thanks to the reception team for their exceptional service—they went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I will definitely recommend Cygnett Style to my friends, family, and colleagues, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Room is too small, no amenities as mentioned during booking. No toiletries. Everything you've to ask.

The location is perfect. Amenities and services are really appreciable... The theme based well decorated restaurant is also attractive...

Service is not good. Room a/c was not functioning properly. No handwash soap in the washroom prior to asking for it. Room cleaning was done in the late afternoon.

Property is Good. But can't say Staff are very knowledgeable.The biggest is the commute. If you have early train to catch then you can't get a single vehicle in Morning for the same & hotel staff will encourage you to Book their Taxi Service for the same. The Taxi chages are Rs.800/- from Hotel to NJP Station which is only 5km from hotel

Location is in the market, Rooms are Ok but with practically no views. Dinner buffet spread was absolutely not good. One rice item, dal one sabzi and one chicken. A good hotel should have a much better buffet spread when you are charging money. Breakfast was Ok.

One of the best places to stay in Siliguri, the staff , room quality, and the food are all excellent.
