Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts

I booked this resort for my Alleppey stay with my wife after so much research. And I got this wonderful resort. We both enjoyed a lot here. Pros: 1) Location is amazing. Just next to backwaters and away from the buzz of city. 2) I have to mention the staff behavior. The staff here is extremely kind and helpful. I asked for things and they arranged it quickly without hesitation. The guy Gokul Prakash on reception is very nice guy. 3) This property has just 10 rooms but nicely maintained and with all necessary amenities. 4) Seafood is amazing here. My wife enjoyed a lot. 5) You will get a cycle to ride around free of cost. Major pros. Cons: 1) Little exaggerated price of food. 2) No market or shop or restaurant nearby to get some options. 3) Very few vegetarian items. I am pure vegetarian and I had to ask to specially make some veg dishes. Overall amazing experience. Just stretch your pocket a little and experience this beauty.

This Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts is located in a village in Alleppey and if I am not wrong is a 10-11 room property. Rooms were clean and spacious. It is located on the shores of lake and houseboats of the property is parked there only. The breakfast has a limited variety like bread toast, idli sambhar, two variety of fresh fruit, cereal, tea and coffee and it tasted good. Don't expect much in breakfast but due to limited staff at the property, you would find difficult to have refilling of breakfast swiftly and one has to wait for things. Better option would be to give your requirement to the kitchen half an hour prior to your visit for breakfast or dinner. Their dinner also tasted good. We had a one day stay at this property and then next day moved to Houseboat from other place in Alleppey.

This is resort is one of the best we stayed so far. The resort location is at the lake which is very beautiful. The view from the resort is awesome. It's peaceful and serene. Swimming pool is crystal clear and properly maintained. The staff at the resort is humble. Though few things to keep in mind. This place is quite far from the city. The restaurant is good but you will have to order quite in advance like 2 hours before or something if you want to have authentic kerala food. The food provided is good. They offer scooty @ 600/ day if you want to visit town. One advice is to carry booze before you come to this resort as the nearest is 4 km from here.

It was an awesome stay in cyrus resort. First time i have seen such great cleaning in the Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts or resort in south india. Very well behaving staff. Stayed here for just 1 night but wished we could stay longer. Resort has beautiful backwaters view. You can sit and watch the sunset. They have boathouse also which can be booked in advance. The Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts staff was very kind and helpful. They let use their personal bike when we had to get some stuff from market. Rooms have amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. We had to leave early morning which was not usual time for resort to serve breakfast but they prepared it for us and ensured we had a nice before we leave. Would love to come back here:).

Our stay at Cyrus resort was very good. The lake view rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. The food served by the restaurant was very good though we would have preferred more food options. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only shortcomings were the room phone had lot of disturbance, more than pleasant personnel movement in front of the lake view room, day cruise was cut short because delay in preparations from Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts side. However, we still had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this resort.

It was an amazing stay, it was short but really wanted to stay there. Beautiful view, tasty food and helpful staff. Do stay at this resort of you are looking for peaceful and serene vacation.
It was an amazing stay at Cyrus resort. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and serene vacation from all the Hussle of life. Also, the food was amazing and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The Lake view rooms are the best and ambience at night is another thing to look out for.

We group of 6 stayed for 2 nights. The property is really beautiful alongside backwaters. The service is too good and the staffs are very friendly. The best part is they made us feel at home. The resort arranged a day cruise for us at a very very reasonable price. The food quality is good and the price is reasonable. They have one swimming pool which is well maintained. I would really love to stay here again. The view of backwaters in the morning will make you relaxed to the core.

I came with my parents and husband and booked 2 lake view rooms. The room was great, neat and clean. I could see the lake and it has a separate sitting area where you can just sit and watch the sunset. It was calm and peaceful. We were lucky that we were the only guest so the chef cooked as per our wish. Very friendly staff. They have a house boat of their own. We booked it for 2 hours ride. The chef packed us snacks for our ride also. It was a beautiful stay.

Small property with a beautiful view. Neat rooms, clean bathrooms, helpful staff. They can be a bit proactive in providing clean linen and water the following day, but nothing a call to housekeeping won't fix. The food was really good. And they arrange for boat rides etc. Overall an absolutely excellent place to stay at.

Stayed with my family and parents. Very quiet and small resort. Food was awesome. The best food I have ever tasted in a Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts. It is far from main city nearly 15 km.

The property is neat and clean. Food is bit expensive but taste is great. Breakfast menu was limited. Staff is courteous and welcoming.

We visited the Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts in mid of june. The quality and taste of the food are awesome. We have multiple options to spend time swimming pool, garden etc. Only thing is the guys who are in a restaurant, they don't know other than Hindi so very hard to explain our need to them. They mentioned that they have multi-language speaking staff are there but they know Hindi and Malayalam well no other languages.
