D'chandelier

Room condition was very pathetic. I booked executive room which costs around 1700. First they gave me one room, but it was not openable. In-had to wait for another five min for new room. Room was not like an executive room. It was not maintained well and looks like a normal non ac room. There was no soaps or bucket in washroom. We had to wait for another 30minutes. This happened midnight 2am. Hot-water was not available there which they mentioned in their amenities list. Doormat was not clean and bedsheet had some stain on it. Room wall was very dirty and even paint came off and was like an old building room. Tv was not working then next day they connected set top box. Even hangers were not provided. Every time, we have to ask things and wait for long time. Food was not provided there, location is nearest to rely station, sanitizer was in the lobby. We never had such a worst experience in any of the 3 star D'chandeliers. It was not even maintained the standard of a 1 star D'chandelier.

I was staying here for the first time. Rooms were extremely neat and clean. Necessary equipments were provided and the staff behaviour was also very nice. The location is very near to ernakulam junction railway station and ernakulam south metro station. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I have been staying around in various D'chandeliers in Cochin for the past weeks. This one was the best compared to all the ones I book the through make my trip. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean with adequate space. The rooms service and house keeping was exemplary.

Good D'chandelier with excellent behaved staff, especially one lady staff at the front office very much helpful. Well maintained rooms with neat and clean. But one issue is no restaurants near by but you can order with tomato or swiggy

Everything was alright except for that fact that they don't have cold water? or anything cold for that matter. The service is good but there aren't many options available for room service. That was the only downside which i found.

We have taken superior room in d chandlier. There is a bathroom towel, soap and shampoo is provided. Also, their service is okay okay. But i have a suggestion ion like you can provide bathroom tissue also

It was a wonderful experience with the D'chandelier, the location is very important near South railway Station that is very good facility I like more and more, and receptionist also with very friendly,

I have occupied two rooms in two different dates. Double occupancy is decent and have enough space. But single occupancy is ok.

The rooms were very neat and clean. Staffs were extremely friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Good experience. But pipe water taste is like we drink water directly from very old water sources. Bathroom amenities are good. Check in was so fast. Nice staffs.
