The luxury rooms were not at all upto the mark. Bathrooms were smelly. The sofa was old and the electrical connections were open.

groupLocation - centrally located and close to the national park. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious but is run down, maintenance not done properly. Food - ok, ok not bad but it took more than an hour and half to serve dinner
service - there was no water in the morning had to wait for sometime to get the water running, no geyser as well, taps in the washroom were broken. We had booked 2 rooms of 2 +3, they were insisting on giving a mattress only to be put on the floor for the third person we had to tell them several times to get an extra bed instead. Overall the stay was ok since we were out of the hotel mostly but the hotel has a lot of scope to improve
There was no covid 19 specific precautions. No temperature check, no sanitisation or sanitisers available.
