D-Luxe

I recently stayed at d-luxe in cochin and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. The D-Luxe’s location is convenient, close to local attractions and dining spots, adding to the ease of exploring the city. However, there were a few areas for improvement. I noticed there was no tissue paper in the toilet and no facial tissues in the room. Adding these amenities would certainly enhance the guest experience. Overall, d-luxe is a good choice for a stay in cochin, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better.

This D-Luxe was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained D-Luxe - it actually has a lovely interior. The guest rooms were very very clean - they actually even smelled fresh which scores big with me. PLUS - service, all across, the board - was exceptional. Really friendly and flexible management and taken care of. There's a high level of genuine personal attention: - The staff was friendly and the place was clean. - People who work there - they are soooo amazing and i love them. I am sending all my love to them and really hope to see you soon again :-). - Everything was great :) excellent location and good value for money..

The newly built D-Luxe had a fresh and modern look but fell short on comfort and service. The bed was moderately comfortable, and the amenities were quite basic, leaving little to impress. Service was average, with nothing particularly remarkable. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by noise from the water pressure pump on the top floor, which disrupted the otherwise quiet environment. It’s a decent choice for a short stay but could use improvements in comfort and noise control.

Good. Nicely maintained property. Neat and clean. Even-tough food is not available in the property there are so-many food places nearby and they have tie up with different restaurants and plates and all will be provided in property itself.

The D-Luxe is very reasonable price and specious room, interior is built looks very clam, theri hospitality is excellent, room service is also gud. I haven't phonte left me

Stayed there 2 separate time. The staff was courteous. Rooms were very good. They even accommodated me when i requested early check in. I'll stay here again

Good and modern rooms- quiet rooms in middle of city with easy access- can have better housekeeping facilas there was no bath towel.
