D Polo Club & Spa Resort

We were a group of 8 with 3 senior citizens and 1 child. Due to the poor condition of the roads, we were quite late. The D Polo Club & Spa Resort called us to check if we were okay. Once we arrived the D Polo Club & Spa Resort staff were very polite and granted our rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean with a splendid view of the dhauladhar range. It felt like the mountains were close enough to touch. The D Polo Club & Spa Resort staff were prompt in housekeeping as they would send bottles of water in less than 2 minutes after we requested. One small complaint would be that the D Polo Club & Spa Resort wifi was slightly slow at times. A suggestion to the D Polo Club & Spa Resort staff would be to keep a provision for bucket and mug as the elderly in our group had some problems with the showers. The food was good with ample options and a courteous staff. Overall, it was a good stay.

A very good hospitality. All the staff members are very polite and cooperative. And we were there for b'day celebration 🎉. So, It was amazing stay. Well maintained and properly cleaned rooms all required amenities were there. So, overall it was good. A little bit lack was there so if the owner would take this advise positively so it's very good for the property. We booked a base category room that was club Deluxe in this room everything was perfect but just dressing area was not available if they didn't add the dressing table so instead of this if they could just hang a one full length mirror on wall. So, customer will use that mirror. Because this is basic thing.

Property is nicely maintained. We had booked 2 club executive rooms. Rooms were clean and sufficiently big to accommodate extra beds for a family of four. Rooms had a small terrace which offered a breath taking view of the snow covered peaks. Food was good. Buffet dinner rate was reasonable for the spread. Resort is located little away from city centre so you need vehicle to visit the tourist spots. A river stream flows in front of the D Polo Club & Spa Resort which is easily accessible and offers beautiful views. Overall it was an excellent stay

Room was good, neat and clean staff is very courteous. View from room is good ( but i have seen better views. Breakfast is very good, has sufficient variety for everyone. We also had ala carta lunch one day and dinner two days at D Polo Club & Spa Resort. So overall good food. Terrace is good, has recreational activities. Location is average as it's far from market and any of tourist spot. So basically if you return early after sight seeing, then only option for dinner is D Polo Club & Spa Resort and you can't explore market at night.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of D Polo Club & Spa Resort. Everything about the D Polo Club & Spa Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This was our second stay here, it's the best place in dharamshala away from the hustle bustle of city with stunning views from its rooftop. The river facing deluxe rooms are great gives you good panoramic views and the soothing voice of river at night while sitting in balcony is amazing. Take time out to visit the river and have a maggi alongside. Cleanliness and hygiene of rooms and washroom is pitch perfect. Food at the restaurant is amazing. The buffet spread though small, is delicious. All in all perfect

Excellent! one of the best experiences if not the best. The service, view, comfort, staff, room etc. Made me happy. In room dining could have more options, chinese was delicious though. Breakfast buffet had variety, recommendation would be that staff could be trained better to keep the same warmer than it was. As i went in summers, acs were turned on and were impacting food warmth since the lids were kept open by the guests. But i and my wife, loved overall stay.

Stayed with my husband, another nice experience😍 Staff is very kind and friendly - helps you out if you have any questions! The terrace view is my favourite with the playroom and restaurant ! Rooms are clean and have a fantastic view. They also provide a lot of programs and activities in case you don’t know what to do next. The location of the D Polo Club & Spa Resort is in a very quiet and calm place- perfect for relaxing . Would definitely recommend.

Duty manager sanuj was very helpful. He helped in planning the itinerary for dharamshala day tour.

Stay was excellent, food was average, service was good ambience was great all in all a good experience and worth the pay. Suggestion : some activities should be added as part of complimentary package

Great service and hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful. Food here was okay, not excellent. The breakfast was good but dinner was not up to the mark, the quality of the food was not that great. We felt the chicken was frozen not fresh. No doubt during the breakfast and dinner staff were very helpful and quick at the service.

very comfortable stay.. rooms are nice and clean.. food is excellent… service is good.. though the location of the D Polo Club & Spa Resort is outside the main dharamshala city.. without car the movement is not possible..

The staff is warm and welcoming at dpolo the property is perfectly placed amid-st the scenic view of dhauladhar ranges. An additional benefit is that it is not distant from the city market and at the same time placed outside the city traffic hustle. I would recommend all to choose d polo for their next stay at dharamshala.

This was our second time stay at d polo and we truly love this D Polo Club & Spa Resort and their services. The food was quite delicious and we really appreciate their hospitality skills. Thank you for making our stay comfortable)

I am totally mesmerized about dharamshala after staying in d'polo. I will really give them 100 out of 100 in all respect - breakfast spreads, food quality, location, view from the rooms and rooftop, staffs and everything.

Had a great restaurants and awesome food, with limited options in breakfast but all with great taste.
