The room was average to be honest.The property was good but the rooms we were given were average.Also the manager seemed a bit rude and there is no proper wide road and parking space.

location is good, next cliff walk one corner. beautiful build however few things they can improve preventing 5 star rating. room required few maintenace like toilet cover seat was broken, room lock key stuck and frequent power cut lat day. Different staff gave different message about quanity of breakfast imcluded in breakfast on 2 different days, one asked for extra charge however it was sorted.

The breakfast included is very limited and it's one item only. The worst part is during the power cut they are not ready to switch on the genset instead they say the power will come in 5 mins. AC won't work during the power cut.

The stay was disappointing overall. There’s no room service and even the bare minimum—like a kettle or tea bags—isn’t provided. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and food or drinks from outside aren’t allowed in the room, which makes things very inconvenient. The only positive was their breakfast, which was Good.

Waste of money. Spend 500-800 more to get better hotel

amenities and services: very poor. standard ac room. AC didn't work. Bathroom flush not working. unclean. mattress quality very poor. for double bed they had joined 2 single poor quality mattresses. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Location: near beach. 5mins to beach and cliff market. They are charging just for that with poor services. food: don't provide.

property is near Varkala Beach and its a calm place ..The morning breakfast which they offered only Chapathi & Potato curry +one cup tea.. The Electric heater for Hot water at bathroom was not working and there were some loose connection arc was came when we turned on the switch ... Room and Bathroom was clean.. service was great .. neat surroundings.. close to the beach .. safe..scooty rentals are close to the hotel.. but they took time to clean the room so we had to wait 30 min ..

The rooms were clean, but on the day 2 there was no room service. The receptionist is well mannered and hosted us very politely. They arranged for autos even though it was late for dinner. The location is fine as you can walk to the north cliff, its just 250m away. Although the way is hideous and there’s a very narrow way, so be careful during rains. Overall the stay was satisfactory and there was no issue with hot water or ac.

There were mosquitoes and a spider in the room. Then we asked for some other room. We had mentioned the details of the number of people traveling still no other mattress was provide despite several requests. The manager as well as the receptionist were rude. They asked me to connect with Make My Trip people instead of arguing

Property was good but room was below average. It seems mattress were too old and Not comfortable. They need to change their mattress. Switches were also not working Switch plugs were not working properly Bedsheet provided was very bad and not comfortable Matress spring were broken. We did not had very nice experience.
