Dalhousie Delight | Rooms & Caretaker

The home stay is right in the middle of Banikhet Town. Though entrance is Dalhousie Delight | Rooms & Caretaker road is quite steep with 45 degree angle. So do keep your car or bike in first gear. Also entrance to home stay is through a narrow steep lane. So parking is a bit tricky but available inside the home. The rooms offered are clean with hot water in bathroom. Though the food can be a little improved for taste. It is home food so definitely hygienic. It provides direct view of Dalhousie town.

I stayed two nights in this homestay. Initially i was little uncertain after check in due to the small size of the standard room. Actually i should have booked deluxe room which is larger and appropriate for family with child. Other facility like water geyser, small drinking water heater were provided. Towels were clean and so was the bathroom. Room heater was available at rs 350 per night. Food was absolutely yummy and that was the main thing i enjoyed the most.

Hotel is in the middle of the city. All sight seeing tourist spots are easily accessible as the Dalhousie Delight | Rooms & Caretaker is situated at the heart of the city. It is 50 meter left of national highway. Linked with road and parking is available. It provides a direct view of Dalhousie. Food is good. Rooms are neat and clean with hot water in bathrooms.

I loved my stay at Dalhousie Delight. I would recommend this to everyone. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The caretaker, Aman is very professional and always available for help. You would feel at home here. Do not think twice and just book your room here for your visit to Dalhousie.

In the start while booking i was very worried but after reaching the property was amazing, staff members were so helpful to guide everything. All the demanded items were on time. Food was prepared totally like a home. Homestay also arranged wood fire stove at night.

The stay was very good, and the location was convenient to access. All the required facilities were available in the property. Comfortable room with beautiful Valley view, neat and clean property, good security. Everything was nice and can be recommended to others.

We traveled as a family of 5 members and booked 2 rooms. The Dalhousie Delight | Rooms & Caretaker staff is extremely polite, professional and maintains the site well. The caretaker, Aman is very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Need and clean, good staff, healthy environment

The food was quite good homelike tasty one, scenic view was bit less but clean and clear rooms with good hospitality. Cool and calm place it was.
