DLS Dalhousie valley resort

I have good experience of staying with family for 2 night-3 days. Before reaching DLS Dalhousie valley resort, i got call from DLS Dalhousie valley resort manager and got DLS Dalhousie valley resort location in whatsapp. Unfortunately we were not able to reach DLS Dalhousie valley resort location using google map, so i had called to DLS Dalhousie valley resort manager and he guided us on call till we reached DLS Dalhousie valley resort. As we are family of 4, couple and 2 kids, we booked family suit. 2 rooms are interconnected and both having king size bed. Both rooms were neat and clean. Both rooms having tv, table, chair, water bottle, tea/coffee cups etc. Both rooms having separate bathrooms. Bathrooms were neat and clean with hot/cold water. Food was good and tasty. Kitchen staff was calling to room during breakfast/dinner and taking order if interested for food service. Staff was helpful. Hotel staff helped to load/unload bags during checkin and checkout from DLS Dalhousie valley resort. Improvement area: 1) hot water facility was not available 24 hours, so we need to call and request DLS Dalhousie valley resort manager/reception and they were arranging it in sometime. 2) DLS Dalhousie valley resort location is bit inside from main road and there is no signboard for DLS Dalhousie valley resort location. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed staying with family in DLS Dalhousie valley resort.

We stayed at DLS Dalhousie for overnight halt during our journey from Kashmir to Delhi. The location is on a hill top in Banikhet which is easily accessible by car and the DLS team assisted us quite well in check in process. As we were travelling with kids they upgraded our room also without even asking. The room had good view of mountains, a nice seating area outside room and have all required amenities in the room. However, we noticed scope of improvement in dusting inside the room. The food was good and again the staff were super friendly. Overall we can definitely recommend this property based on services they provide at offered price.

Restaurant staff is very humble and polite and excellent service. Overall DLS Dalhousie valley resort stay very good. One bad experience there some people are drinking alcohol in parking and some are drinking in valley view setting area openly which is very bad experience where family were staying there. Overall DLS Dalhousie valley resort is very good.

It was an over all very good stay at DLS valley resort. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We had to check in late but the staff kept on following up about our where abouts and kept on guiding to reach the DLS Dalhousie valley resort. the rooms are also clean and have all the basic amenities.

Excellent service , courteous staff and clean rooms. The view from the DLS Dalhousie valley resort is decent but is compensated with the amazing customer service provided by the staff. Would recommend for family visits.

Nice and cozy place to stay, staff was supportive, food was great. Few things can be improved, like every room should have room heater by default and charges could have been included in room tariff beforehand.

We had a wonderful experience in the property. With a nice view, the room was spacious and clean. The DLS Dalhousie valley resort staff was very friendly, proactive, and helping. Food was also amazing.

Beautiful location with a peaceful vibe and great morning views. Loved my stay there check in was smooth, food was okaish but the whole vibe covers for that
