A Good overnight family stay!

We stayed at DLS Dalhousie for overnight halt during our journey from Kashmir to Delhi. The location is on a hill top in Banikhet which is easily accessible by car and the DLS team assisted us quite well in check in process. As we were travelling with kids they upgraded our room also without even asking. The room had good view of mountains, a nice seating area outside room and have all required amenities in the room. However, we noticed scope of improvement in dusting inside the room. The food was good and again the staff were super friendly. Overall we can definitely recommend this property based on services they provide at offered price.

It was an over all very good stay at DLS valley resort. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We had to check in late but the staff kept on following up about our where abouts and kept on guiding to reach the hotel. the rooms are also clean and have all the basic amenities.
