The property is excellent—luxurious, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable stay. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The staff member handling my check-in seemed tired, unfriendly, and not welcoming. Given that I was checking in late, a more empathetic approach would have made a big difference. A small gesture of warmth and hospitality would have elevated the experience to match the property's high standards.

It’s a very neat and clean plus hygienic and decorative DAMSON PLUM, and the food at breakfast was amazing! The air conditioning in the room was not working at first, however when we called and complained, they sent someone promptly to check and fix.

Staying with damson plum is always a pleasure, convenient location close to airport, back of the biggest mall of india lulu mall, work with fun, food is nice a taste full, staff is coorpotive and rooms are vibrant and good natural lighting.
