Darban Resort

Super experience; be it the covid measures or room cleanliness. We really had no complaints or challenges. It was a quick check in, followed by sanitisation of our luggage and temp check. They have placed sanitisers at their key entry point. Staff was wearing mask and they had requested all to do likewise. What we really liked is the room and it’s cleanliness. They had given drying rack; clean and neat washrooms. There were no issues with hot water availability or electricity. The most surprising part for us for the 2 minutes quick walk to the beach. Loved it. They have complimentary breakfast and we had lunch dinner for both days there itself. For a family of 5 we spent abut 3k for 4 meals(vegetarian. One of the best stays. Especially for a tourist location which still imbibes of traditional/not-so-goa like beach. We loved the beach so much; super safe beach especially if we could walk at morning 6 and evening at around 9 pm. Go for it

Much recommended for families. Owner mr. Shivaji shinde and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Worth the price being paid. Closest to the beach(less then 100meter. Only issue i faced is there no other mobile network operational except for vodafone idea, so be prepared for that if you dont have vi. Hygenity is upto the mark. Nonveg food is just awesome. Veg food wad okish, not very great though. Complimentary breakfast was superb and had multiple options along with juices and fruits. Rooms are spacious. Almost all rooms have sit outs and garden area outside room was just just amazing. Swimming pool water cleanliness can be improved a bit.

The first day of the stay did not go well as the bathroom exhaust was not working, there was cockroach in the bathroom, and that tv recharge was not done. When i complaint about these i was given an upgraded room and i like it a lot. The swimming pool is very well maintained, the property itself is maintained very clean. The food is not good i will say, it's better to eat from outside. But overall the stay was comfortable given the owner and the employees were polite and ready to serve. The Darban Resort is very near to beach, and in divagar this is one of the Darban Resort who which is having very good amenities. Already shared

Location: 100 meters from the beach. 1.5km from Suvarna Ganesh Temple. Room: We found the room to be clean (this is a new resort and started around Feb 2019). There is stand for drying wet clothes in the rooms which is very helpful. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available. Limited channels on television but I wouldn’t bother about those. Security: There is CCTV in the lobby area. Other comments: there is ample parking space. Wifi was spotty and network was good at only certain locations. Meals were served hot and we had no complaints of the taste. Overall it was a good experience.

Very good resort, 100 mtr away from beach. Check in experience was good. Rooms were neat and clean, ac, fan, tv, tea kettle were working well. Staff is very helpful. Food they offered was very tasty especially pomfret fry and chicken fry. Mr. Gaurav is very helpful. Thanks.

The resort is walking distance from diveagar beach. There are multiple homestays & Darban Resorts/resorts along this lane and from the ones we checked out in-person, this is definitely one of the nicer ones. They have all the utilities of a standard city-like Darban Resort. Nice room, clean washroom, hot water supply, toiletries, room service. Additionally, it's also one of the few properties in the area with a pool and a small-ish garden to spend the afternoon. It won't wow you, but it makes for a pleasant, comfortable, fuss-free stay.

The place was perfect. It was just 5 mins walk to beach. Had all the required amenities and the host was so helpful. The staff was so polite and food was amazing. We were 5 people including a kid. Had all the meals in the resort itself and all the meals were perfect. There are plenty of options for veg people and they made the meal for the kids also as requested all in all we loved it and would love to visit again

The beach is walking distance from the Darban Resort. The service is great. Was there for my anniversary and the manger himself went to get a cake. Food is awesome but may be a bit spicy. You should not miss the fountain in the swimming pool and the soft instrumental music played in the evening. The resort is new and the cleanliness and the service is amazing. Definately a go to Darban Resort

Excellent Darban Resort, food, courtesy of staff & service. Their manager shiva yadav is very cooperative & supportive. Overall superb stay due to its location nearer to the beach

The rooms were clean and service was good. Food served was tasty and good too. Wifi lacked range and speed but who needs wifi when you are on vacation anyway.

Location is best ambiance is good. But food service needs great improvement. Lot of time to serve food after ordering

We travel-led for the first time after this pandemic sitauation and found this Darban Resort very clean and proper with all hygine necesities taken care very nicely. All staff members were cooerative. Shivaji, the manager of the resort was very polite and coopertive. He has not only treated with hospitality but also provided local information which was really helpfull.

It is nice resort with good food and service.

Very nice place for a family vacation. 2 minutes’ walk to the beach. Clean rooms. Restaurant serves nice tasty food. Manager and staff are very friendly, always ready to help to make your stay better. I would love to stay at this resort again in future.

Resort is just 1 min walking distance from diveagar beach. Good quality punjabi/maharashtrian food available at fair charges. Specious parking space available. Fairly clean swimming pool active and available for guests.
Upon check-in temperature checks and sanitation of luggage is done. Rooms are clean and sanitised. All staff wears masks.

Pro: near by to beach just 2 mins walking distance, good food but you need to order in advance, maintained proper hygiene cons: rooms are small. Bath facilities could be better
