Daringbadi Nature Retreat

I had a nice stay at this property. The owner and his team ( village girls ) are very helpful. The tent is decent. It has all amneties like water heater , ac ( only in tent no 3 ). The food is very well prepared. Prices are decent. If you want to have a peaceful stay anidst nature go ahead booking this property. There are 4 tents with each tent can accomodate max 4 adults. There is also a room. So total 15 to 18 people can stay in this property. I will rate it 4 out of 5.

The cottage rooms was very well maintained and hygiene and the garden infront of room is impressive and the local staff receiving and hospitality is good. the food prepared by Staff was very good.

Comfortable stay, homely feeling, staff and the owner are very humble and cooperative. Only issue was with internet connection. Airtel network not working in daringbadi.

I stayed there for a vacation. It was a very bitter experience. Many amenities which were written were actually absent. No proper reception. No checking of id proof. No register is maintained or signed by the guests at check in or check out. So, your security is at stake. No tv, no telephone, no luggage storage or dustbin. No drinking water. Only some liquid soap in two malfunctioning dispensers at bathroom. No other toiletries. No covered dining room. You have to dine at open air. The owner is the only adult staff visible. He was very rude. Tents were dirty and cramped. Rats were entering in it. Mosquito were flying rampant. No mosquito net. Mosquito repellent and towels were given after repeated requests.

It is a wonderful place. The resort is good, but the last mile to reach the resort is very bad, bumpy road difficult for sedans. But, when you reach the place, you feel you are in a paradise. But, to my utter disappointment, i came to know that, guest who booked directly paid 80 to 90 cheaper rate than what i have given for the booking.

Nature retreat resort is a beautiful resort. The owner is a nice gentleman. He takes care of me and my family beyond our expectation. The food served to us was homely and delicious. I would rec-commend if any body wishes to stay in this beautiful resort during a trip to daringbadi in winter season.

It's called nature camp but there is nothing natural there. 1. The tents are facing a concrete store room which the developers of the resort have built to store their kitchen groceries. 2. The pine forest and mountain are at the back side of the tent which you have no way to enjoy since you can neither see them nor can view them from anywhere in the resort. 3. The foods they serve are the worst kind you can imagine. They are overpriced too. 4. They charge you extra for the campfire. And then the campfire location is besides their store room with bamboo fence all around. Really pathetic. 5. No room service. The manager doubles up as the service boy who is pathetic. 6. The tent we were allotted had it's geyser malfunctioning with water splashing everywhere on the floor. 7. The entry road to the facility is non existent. The road abruptly ends and you have to maneavour your vehicle like a pro upto the camp. 8. Don't waste your money on this pathetic resort.

Very bad and worst experience.

Atmosphere is excellent & charming in summer in comparison to hot weather in city. It was a cherished and wonderful stay in daringbadi.

Room was very dirty, poor aminities, flush not working properly, no provision of air-conditioned system available, no signage available, no television provided, no intercom, all combined into poor ratings for your review system. Offline rental is rs, 2, 500- for each room. However make-my-trip is charging almost the double i. E. Rs. 4, 997- per room. Which is almost cheating the tourist who trust your organisation and keep loyalty of your organisation.
