Way to this place is bit narrow and big vehicle might face some issues- however overall service is exceptional. I was there with family for a night and found very convenient stay. Caretaker was very helpful and property is also very good. Will surely recommend for this one

I selected this property because it’s conveniently located near Bindu Chowk, Kolhapur — a good option for visitors coming for the Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) Temple. However, my stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioner cooling was very slow, and the main issue was with bathroom cleanliness and toilet seat hygiene, which were very poor. Despite informing the staff, there was no proper response or effort to resolve the issues. The service attitude was careless and negligent, and the overall hygiene standards need a lot of improvement. In short, the location is good, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality are far below expectations.

Disgusting behaviour from staff

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is within walking distance from Mahalaxmi temple. However this advantage is negated by the extremely rude staff. I cannot even think of going there again. Anyone who has self esteem cannot bear them. They will treat you very badly. If you want to book this hotel be prepared to bear insults and rude behaviours from Ms. Ashwini Panchal the lady who manages this hotel

Horrific experience..

Extreme poor service. Hotel staff do not know how to behave. Extremely rude. They don't have a kitchen. I ordered tea it was extremely bad. The worst part happened during check out. A lady at the counter started insulting us saying we were staying for free and we have not made the payment. She said it was their mistake that they allowed us to stay. I had made full payment on the MMT website and was showing the details. She was not ready to hear. In front of a crowd at their reception she started shouting at us and said that we have to pay right now. We felt so insulted. Since my registered mobile was jio and Jio had no network at their reception I could not connect to MMT. i tried through an alternate number but it was not allowed. Finally I went to the room where I had some range and contacted MMT. The lady at MMT customer care immediately confirmed that I have made the payment. She was very helpful even though I vented out my frustration on her. She mailed the hotel the details of my payment post which I was allowed to move out Over all it was an horrific experience. Seeing the way Ms. was behaving, my 84 year old mother who was with me became so nervous and was telling me to make the payment again at the counter even if we lose the money as she was not able to stand the insult.. She should have contacted MMT and taken the confirmation. Instead she was unnecessarily arguing with us and I was in real pain due to no Jio network and I was not able to contact MMT. I should appreciate the lady from MMT customer care who was patient and polite enough even though I was venting out my frustration on her. I dont know her name but she very well deserves a compliment.

Rooms are good & Spacious. Bathroom was clean and of good size. Close to the temple. walking distance. Location of the hotel is poor inside extremely narrow lane. Parking is there but very congested, one car after another. Getting your car in and out is a pain. No in house kitchen. You have to order food from outside. Zomato & Swigy available.

It is a decent hotel located very close to Mahalaksmi temple. However, the approach road is very narrow. The parking space is also small, can accommodate only 5 to 6 cars. Rooms are decent and washrooms are clean. Overall, a "value for money" type hotel.
