In reference to our recent family vacation, i would like to provide feedback on the DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY accommodations and services. Areas for improvement: 1. The DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY rooms are rather compact in size, which may be a concern for families or individuals requiring more spacious accommodations. 2. The dining area appears to be somewhat limited in capacity, resulting in congestion during peak meal times such as breakfast and dinner buffets. 3. While the overall cleanliness of the rooms and DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY was satisfactory, there is room for improvement in maintaining higher standards of hygiene. Positive aspects: 1. The DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY's location is highly favorable, situated within walking distance of ooty lake and offering breathtaking views of the lake. 2. The DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY staff demonstrated commendable politeness and provided excellent support throughout our stay. 3. The food served at the DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY was consistently delicious and enjoyable. Thank you!

Overall, we had a great stay at the DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY. The food was excellent and the view from our room was stunning. The staff were also very humble and polite, providing top-notch customer service. However, we did have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The queen-size bed in our room made it a bit cramped with our young child. Larger beds or the option of having kids bed upto 5 years would be helpful for families. Additionally, having more indoor games and activities available would provide better engagement and entertainment for guests, especially on rainy or less favorable weather days. The positives - the delicious meals, gorgeous scenery, and friendly staff - far outweighed the small areas that could use some enhancement. We would recommend this DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY to others and look forward to a return visit in the future.

I and my family had a wonderful stay with darshan DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY. Room type-mini suite room pros- -excellent sevice by all the employees including room service, housekeeping, security -location is apt as its situated oposite to the ooty lake -clean and well maintained cons- i didnt face any issues but to list i can say -always go for minisuite or above. Minisute size is itself small and suitable for only 2 adults and maybe a toddler. Bed size is queen so dont expect something large -they only serve vegetarian food. But you can order with all the top fast food brands

Hotel is just opposite to boat house having a nice view from room. Premier room was neat and clean. Aguaguard was also fitted inside the room, a welcome move. Infront of DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY 5 cars can be parked. A separate car parking area with gate adjacent to DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY is there which can accommodate 7-8 cars, but this parking area is neither a paved area nor a shaded one. Complimentary breakfast is good. But the lunch and dinner are too expensive with limited options and strictly vegetarian.

1. The property offers a scenic view of the lake. Also it's located about 1. 5 kms or max 2 kms from the main city. The front desk also arranges auto and taxi services. 2. Though the restaurant is veg, the food preparation was pretty decent including the chinese dishes served. 3. Complimentary breakfast items were a bit repetitive. 4. The service staff of the DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY were nice. 5. I recommend to the management to have a good game room, since they seem to have adequate space for it.

A delightful experience, the staff was very polite and helpful. It was a great experience, the corridors were well maintained and everything was very hygienic. The view was excellent as it is just opposite ooty lake. The food was really good, please note the restaurant is pure veg. Everything was great, the staff arranged for all our requirements very professionally. Also, there's a small amphitheatre where we can relax during evening watching our favorite movies.

It was our first time at DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY darshan, ooty and all went superb. The stay, food (vegetarian, hospitality of staffs. Perfect location (just opposite to ooty lake gives you a picturesque view from dawn to dusk. We stayed in an elite room with lake view. Will recommend to stay in DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY darshan when you are in ooty. Special thanks to restaurant manager mr. Anupam and housekeeping bikash for their cordial service and hospitality.

Stay was wonderful in this DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY. The location is very near to boat house and we had the lake view. We took mini suite and these have access to common balcony and accessible to restaurant. Night bonfire was good and food was average but expensive. The staff person were really helpful and excellent. Parking is also good where we can park in front, back side and also a dedicated park next to DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY. Overall enjoyed the stay.

It's a wonderful stay with beautiful location, scenic background, courteous staffs, and value for money service. Snacks were great, dinner need some improvement.

The DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY is situated just near the lake. Just 500 m from boat house. The food is good (but no south indian food in lunch/dinner. Room service was upto the mark. Value for money. Hotel has indoor games option and movie room too, good for kids.

It was a well maintained property with amazing view and staff full of warmth specially mr. Raj. Food was also made with love with good variety available.

I have stayed here for 2 nights. I booked elite room. It was spacious, DARSHAN HOTEL OOTY staff was polite. Customer service executive at front desk was nice. Room service was quick. Entry to rooms was via restaurant, which can be changed. Food is over priced here but good taste. Breakfast had enough options. Overall a good experience.

Amazing stay. The view of ooty lake from our room was stunning. The room was clean and big with one sofa which can also be used as an extra bed. 2 chairs in the balcony with coffee table to enjoy the view of ooty lake. Complimentary breakfast was great. The spa was average but not bad.
