I was travelling Ooty for the first time . Was with family and wanted a good experience with family . The hotel staff Swathi is worst even after I explained the visit and inquiring she didn’t give proper info infact does t answer and routes call another number. I reached hotel late and got a room which is unfurnished, ugly with drainage stink in the washroom. I called and complained to reception at night and they charged another room which has issues with tap water and post two follow ups in the morning someone came to fix .Hotel view is good restaurant is very nice but hotel management and hotel is worst . not sure if owner cares or he really gets to see how bad it is . Definite no for anyone who visits Ooty .

Dear Sir, We have heard the matter and willing to clear the issues which you have mentioned.... Firstly when you calledat hotel you didn't even aware which room you had booked and asking forPremium balcony view room. then after when u checked the booking it was NON VIEW EXECUTIVE room. If booking executive room -then you can't get Premium room. So, when you checked in they had given the same room which you had booked but as your expectation was view room, you had started finding mistake which was really not happened. Wew want to inform you that our serious staff used to check each and every rooms deeply before allocate the room to any guest. Then mid-night 2 AM asking for cake and candle....who will arange in that time.? next day to make to comfortable we had upgraded the room and offered complimentary breakfast arrangement for your kid's birthday..... So, our team have given full affort to make your stay memorable.... but ..........

Their Ambiance is good, break fast is ok... Other than nothing on this hotel... Their are not providing the services even they mentioned in their hotel amenities, and wifi service also not good, I'm stayed two days there... But am completely felt why booked this hotel..

Nice location by the side of Ooty lake. Lake entry gate is hardly 500 steps away from hotel. Hotel rooms, staff is professional and friendly. In house restaurant is open from 7 am to 10 pm. Parking is also available. Prime location with amazing views and an all round irrefutable holiday experience.

Food, hospitality, location and breakfast were good. Entertainment facilities were all under maintenance. I booked the hotel for the kids entertainment section and the theater setup. Everything was under maintenance. Disappointed. Paid 5.5k just for the room.

Rude management, no reasonable extra charges, no basic

management is very bad & rude, extra charges for no reason in the name of extra charge. we booked this room online and it showed the 2 kids can stay free of charge. they charged each, one is 6 one is 7. and for others they took for some 10yrs boy. the room is very small and no basic amenities like dentel kit and kettle. they charged for the dental kit where it is provided free. the reception management is very rude and not at all understandable
