Terrible Stay

Very bad experience. No intercom, no breakfast, no toiletries in wash room, no food service, even for tea i have to go outside, no water heater in wash room

please dont book this worst hotel.i booked break fast included. but they are not providing breakfast. i reached hotel at 9 pm near by no shops are there. they are not providing water bottle also so i buy from swiggy. unhygienic bathroom with full of algae.rooms hygene is very pathetic. uncleaned bedsheets and pillow. water coming from bathroom is drainage hard water with fauls smell. please dont book.

At first the entrance to dais regency seemed very narrow but a verna can get in safe if careful. The breakfast was very spicy, the rooms are good and well maintained we had a satisfactory experience, kochi is got a lot of mosquitoes, do pick only ac rooms.

groupThis property is suitable for a budget stay at a very good location. Have a parking space but approach road to the property from main road is very narrow. Rooms are spacious. Good beds. Overall cleanliness can be improved. No idea about food and safety standards since we spent only 3-4 hrs. In there.

Hotel room was not clean. When we entered the room, could see pillow was in used state and not clean. Even though ac is there, it's not strong enough to cool the entire room. Bathroom was not clean and things were broken (jet pipe handle, door handle etc. Water smells bad and has slight yellowish color. Because of this we didn't even take the free breakfast from there. There was no person in the reception at all time and we have to come at another time to see if anyone is there. Not a good place for family
