Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites

The property location is not so happening it's at some junction lots of traffic full time but this problem is of whole bengluru. It seems some mall is converted into the Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites. As soon as we entered the Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites we found it pretty good. We got the 1bhk on the 5th floor which was like a star Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites. Microwave was the missing part for which we had to ask continuously for one hour, for rest other things we got quick service. Two times we ordered food in a room which was awesome. We had two times at their restaurant we enjoyed the ala carte and buffet both. The staff was well behaved, attentive, and caring. We asked for something from the buffet which was not hot at that time, they immediately provided it freshly cooked and hot. Overall fully satisfied with this property and its staff.

Had booked stay for 3rd jun e check in and check out for 4th jun e on the morning of 2nd jun e 24. There was a death in the family the noon of 2n june. So reached out to davanam Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites manager requesting for cancel-ling or moving the dates to 14th june. I was instructed to get in touch with mm t call center to take the request forward. Total insensitivity displayed when i am stating about a death. No interest to help me with my request was shown. I had to on the app go for modifying the dates. That cost me to loose 7000 towards my current booking and had to shell out 5000 for the 14th jun e booking update i made. Can’t the Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites or mm t show some sort of empathy in handling the issue. Money is important but not at the cost of utter insensitivity towards a human plight. I loved my stay here especially because the staff was quite co-operative. On a monday morning, i was fasting and in their breakfast menu, they had nothing except the fruits. So i requested to cook something for me **** i had already paid extra for my breakfast inclusion. The chef requested to wait and made me sago (sabudana) wadas and packed it beautifully with quite tasty coconut chutney. As i was running late, they gave me this as a go to bite. House keeping, room service and the front desk were really hospitable. To my surprise, the pricing of room service is quite economical too. Would love re-booking here.

The room was given to me was executive suite which was actually an upgrade room from what i booked. However i was not happy since the room was old, had numerous stains on the false ceiling, cupboards and kitchen racks seem completely not cleaned which was again full of stains could have been better when they provide room like that. Room was spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent. Recommend dishes - yellow thai curry which was delicious.

Stay was excellent. Room was clean, food was good and staff was very courteous. I asked the sales manager to give me a corporate deal as i travel every month to bangalore for work. He gave a deal which was more then online deal. I fail to understand then what’s the point of taking corporate deal ? and when i questioned this he was quite arrogant and said this is what we can do. He lacks soft skills & sales skills as well.

Excellent well appointed suites, excellent helpful staff. No worries stay. The suites were large with a small cooking area thrown in. Breakfast was very elaborate with all possible dishes thrown in. Chef cooked a very delicious a loo palak for us, which was not part of standard menu. As a parting gesture they served a beautiful yogurt bowl with a message to come back soon.

It was a wonderful stay. From a perfect early check in support to lovely food, comfortable room with an excellent powerful ac to beat the heat. Supportive staff and again a support for late check out. Small request - many items in room service were not available so that was disappointing. Otherwise you rocked it ! thank you davanam team for everything.

Wow… one of the best room in Koramangala Bangalore .. we booked the executive room it had splendid space, value for money, service from staff is excellent only negative is access to mg road and all is quiet lag coz the traffic congestion in this area is quite high so peak hours you find difficult to move around from here.

Very nice experience good rooms clean and tidy it was awesome whenever if i come bangalore i will book the same
