The biggest thing is that the hotel manager did not ask for ID proof from either of us and said that ID proof is not required in our hotel. Before booking the hotel, I had told hotel manager that I would check in at 10 pm and check out at 4 pm the next day. manager had given assurance for which. Only then I booked the room. Next day manager told me for checkout, at 11 am, hotel manager asked us to check out. hotel manager told me to check out at 11am even though the room was vacant. When I asked the reason, manager said that cleaning staff leaves after 12pm, so I would have to check out at 11am. manager came outside the room, interrupted me several times, and asked me to check out.

Such hotel should not be in the list of Make My Trip. The hotel is not having kitchen, they provide food from outside. The rooms we were provided was use by other people for changing clothes after using swimming pool. Rooms were ordinary , same with the washroom. Hotel staff were good and cooperative. Not recommend to anyone, we had a bad experience.
