New DC Comforts building, the lift was still under construction, rooms are adequately sized and all basic facilities including hot water and toileteris was provided. Room was clean, bedsheets and towels were clean. Hotel is located around 1 km from the city market, there are no good restaurants nearby, DC Comforts should provide some basic refreshments or open a small cafe for use in case of emergency. The staff also needs to be trained better, involved interaction was missing and some language constraints were observed as the person at reception was poor in both hindi and english.

Good location, ample parking facility, clean rooms deserves 4 rating. The linens and towels were not to the mark. Towels especially need to be replaced with new ones. Lift is a must, though there is a provision for lift, management should consider fitting the lift asap
