Excellent property and friendly staff , especially Fahad from front desk was extremely helpful and thoughtful, it was our anniversary and he made sure there were special dining arrangements and room decorations. We will come back to get the same services from Fahad. He respresents the Elaf Heritage culture and pride. Thanks. We got a beautiful room. Anytime he was available to help us out with housekeeping as well. Thanks a lot for making our stay beautiful. The stay and the facilities are all luxurious, the food is homely; beautifully cooked and served, less spicy and easy to digest, with amazing taste. The care is like a family. It was a lovely stay and had good food too. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good service. Mr fahad was very cooperative and helpful. Overall it was a great experience, will surely come again here to stay when we visit kashmir in future.

Very comfortable and accessible

Good and clean room. 24x7 hot water and a heated room. Food was limited as the kitchen had newly opened up, but the staff was cooperative enough and allowed food to be ordered from outside. The DE ELAAF THE LUXURY STAY staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
