De Foret

Property, location and food all are amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The most amazing perk I liked is free scooty throughout the stay. Nearby locations are Radhanagar beach - 2 km; Trekking point to Elephanta beach - 500m Breakfast buffet and ala carte - food is delicious. They also have the facility of floating breakfast and candle light dinner. The only con we faced is lack of proper setup for floating breakfast. We had to have that in direct sunlight which was not very pleasant.

De foret is a beautiful property, with charming and comfortable cottages for your stay; the rooms are spacious and well designed and decorated with all comforts needed. The resort quite close to radhanagar beach, as well as the trail towards elephant a beach. However, the rooms in the resort are not very accessible for senior citizens and people with disabilities and they need to work on their cleanliness with regard to sheets/towels etc.

We had a wonderful stay in De Foret... They have rooms that are surrounded by greenery. Rooms are quite big and cozy. Food was also good. Do try the Mutton biryani by Chef Rajat. They also provide 2 wheeler on rent which was nice.  But one thing that stood out was the staff. Each and every person was welcoming, smiling and very courteous. They catered to our every need. Overall, we had an amazing peaceful experience.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the beautiful natural settings and friendly service. The rooms were as in the pictures, spacious and modern. We enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast as well as the bar and restaurant. The kids loved the pool. But the stand out was the excellent service from staff. The property is inland, so budget a little extra for taxis which cost more than mainland India.

Location : 2 to 2.5 kms from radha nagar Beach. shuttle is arranged for pick and drop to jetty and also for sightseeing to be paid. we trekked to Elephant Beach from resort. only kala pathar beach is far. Food : limited menu for veg. whatever printed on menu is served good. Rooms : clean and spacious. only AC, no fans. 24hrs hot and cold water, which is a highlight. room service available.

De Foret is a nicely kept resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s just a 5-minute drive to Radhanagar Beach and really close to the Elephant Beach trail. They also have scooter rentals, so getting around is easy—most attractions are 20-40 minutes away. I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Stay was excellent. Location was great and unique. Food, amenities and services were excellent. Overall stay was excellent.

Property is 2. 5 away from radha beach. Property is good. Food is damn expensive. Location is ok.

It was a enjoyable stay at Deforet. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. They have good options available in breakfast.

The property was well-maintained. The staff was also well-trained and always ready to serve. Their private beach is also amazing. Very close to lakshmanpur beach 1

I stayed there for three days and everything was excellent. Room, amenities, staff, service, food etc.

Nice resort, welcoming, 24 hours room service, good Chef, swimming pool, excellent food, good service at restaurant, near to Radhanagar beach. Hotel provides scooter both petrol and electric for 500/700 per day. Over all relaxing helpful staff.

It was such a lovely experience to stay in this property. This property is very unique I it’s kind of. Situated near to Radhanagar beach, surrounded by coconut trees gives you the actual vibe of Havlock. The picture shown in the site of the property matches with the reality.
