De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection

The De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection was nice, road touch, clean. At the entry they greet is with cold napkin to become fresh and provided us with complementary drink. The room was clean, provided with all necessity. The only thing was the size of the room was little small. The complementary breakfast was very tasty with varieties and hygiene was also maintained. The staff member reshma and De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection manager was very humble, kind and approachable. The overall staff was very kind and humble. They attended us on time whenever needed.

I checked into a Standard Room, the room cleanliness was average. For this I may say 3 rating. But overall the Property is any a good spot. It has the required amenities. The staff is well behaved and kind and tenders to all request. The restaurant food is superb, I would recommend eating at the De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection restaurant; tastes delicious if ok to spend a bit. The breakfast is also good. A bit of suggestion to Cancona Visitors please wear helmet or u may be fined... happened to me ;)

Hotel was at good location however i face some issues in De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection specially regarding water once wake up and want to take shower no water then need to call reception and ask him to start water sometime no hot water available as well in shower and no kettle provided in De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection but they keep tea and coffee i don’t know for what overall it was not a good experience to stay in De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection de garland.

Had a great stay at this De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection.Room was clean and comfortable.Food also tastes well and manager Shahzad attends all guests warmly.Abhishek at front desk also supports in all way.Hotel also arranged party for holi which was cool.Overall stay was good would definitely love to visit again.

Location of the De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection is perfect, very warm greeting received for the very 1st day, from restaurant services to room services. Specially the restaurant services either inside or pool side. All the staff member were cooperative and friendly, food was fantastic.

Stay at De Garland was a good experience. The place is at walkable distance of 2 Km from Palolem Beach with local market in the way. The staff were very good and the service was up to the mark. The restraunt food was really good with various seafood options of great taste.

Excellent service by the staffs, management and the chef. They made all efforts to see the comfort of all the guests, smilingly. Location, ambience all were very good. Really enjoyed my stay, though it was marred by the illness of my daughters. Overall it was very good stay.

The place is awesome they provide excellent service, the pool area is very awesome the only loop whole is they don't have balconies but the food here is next level
