The De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection is located on the state highway and about 2kms from palolem beach. The De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection is newly constructed and hence you will get a good feeling. The rooms are a bit small though. The breakfast was good and they had alacarte instead of buffet due to very low occupancy. Staff was polite the downside was even thought mmt mentioned complimentary room upgrade based on availability, the staff at the reception denied the upgrade citing no availability, although the De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection hardly had any occupancy. There were 3 cars parked overnight and i saw only 2 other persons at breakfast and nobody else during my stay at the De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection. So its pretty obvious it was silly reason to deny the upgrade.

The property is good, clean spacious, and in a decent location, very near to palolem beach, around 6 mins drive. Service needs a some improvement. Day staff, general manager and head chef are all very well behaved and customer oriented personal, night staff seem to be little careless. Food is good but there is a scope of improvement. And there are a lot of nice restaurants around. Initially there were issues with the service and maintenance of the room, later the gm fixed it all and surprised us with a gift as well. Loved the gesture from the management and the day staff. The pool side restaurant is amazing. Some more activities for kids would have been better.

The De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection is beautiful. There is construction work still going on, which means it is going to be even better next time we visit. People at the reception were amazing. Jolan and maliva were extremely sweet and helpful. Sadly we didn’t ask for everyone’s names or i would have mentioned them too. Everyone was super nice. The only slight downfall right now is that the pool is a little off property where the construction is on going. Oh and there are no lifts. But that was not an issue for me and my husband.

From the moment you enter the De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection, the service is immaculate. You are greeted with kind words and complimentary drinks and the check in procedure is a breeze. Their customer service is 24/7 and they go beyond to make sure you have a great time. Rooms are tidy and have all the amenities. The overall area is huge and the swimming pool is a great place to spend time. They make sure you get taxis or other transport means. The beach is just a few minutes away. Overall would definitely recommend.

Best De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection so far at south goa. Near by beaches and local market. Beaches are very beautiful with blue water and surrounding areas was too good. Hotel staff was very kindly and respectful towards guests. Food was also good and delicious with daily new options we got in breakfast. I can say the best experience we had here with our family. Hotel is having nice and clear swimming pool to enjoy your vacation time. Rooms are very spacious with all amenities including the stuff.

We booked 3 rooms for 9 persons, including 2 children. The rooms are small but adequate. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was evident that there's a good team that was headed by an able leader. The swimming pool was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was reasonably good. In fact, i misplaced one of my valuables on the lobby sofa, but they kept it safe without knowing whose item that was, and i could collect it from the reception two days later. Will definitely return.

We occupied family suites at this place from january 11th to 15th, 2023. The accommodation was more like a 2 bhk setup than a standard room, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection's cuisine was of excellent quality, and the entire staff, including the manager, were exceptionally kind, humble, and eager to assist. The highlight of the De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection is the swimming area, which we fully enjoyed.

Comfy and walkable distance from the beach and great service

It was a good stay. The De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection was near to paleolam beach. The food was good in taste. The property neat and clean and well maintained

Location and staff were amazing. Food is also great. Breakfast can be worked upon. But remaining everything was excellent.

Good room and good foods, just 1. 5 km to the beautiful beach. If you wants to enjoy north goa. It’s a pleasant stay.

I had a great experience staying at this De Garland, Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection, the staff was great-very helpful and hospitable, location was good too. Rooms were clean and food was great. The shortcomings were that rooms were smaller than expected, there were no chairs too. But after a few hours the room actually felt comfortable and cozy. Other than that the food was very expensive and there was no lift in the building.

Stay was comfortable. Clean rooms, prompt room service and reception. Ample parking space. The pool side restaurant is the main attraction. Lift is not available to go to the upper floors. However it's not a challenge to use the long ramp to go to upper floors.

Property was nice with a very polite and humble staff. However the service was a bit slow when it came to cleaning. Also you won't find many eatery options nearby
