Everything was fine until checkout, when I was told the TV remote was missing and had to deposit ₹500. I paid as I was rushing for my flight. Later, they found the remote and offered a refund, which I declined since the experience had already felt unpleasant. It’s not about ₹500 — it’s about how guests are treated. For future visitors, I’d suggest requesting a list of in-room items with prices at check-in to avoid confusion or unfair charges later. And to the resort — please don’t reply with sweet or manipulative words here. Genuine improvement is better than polished replies.

property is located at abprime location..beach, market, restaurants all available nearby. the room was neat & clean...food was also good. daily buffet breakfast had many varieties. But i was also like to mention here that while doing checkin it was told to us to follow the resort official page on insta for 5% extra discount on food. But when we asked for it at the time of check out, necessary chaos was created by the manager. Asking same question again & again 'did u showed that u followed us on insta page to the manager during checkin process?' This was asked so many times..even after showing the insta page also..so we denied the discount and asked for bill without discount. this was really not acceptable effecting the whole stay experience.
