rooms was average but people were helpful. thank you experience was good it was my first experience to book from you.

The room was in terrible condition The photos in the app were good but in reality they were just awful The bathroom door didn't lock. There were a hell lot of mosquitos And the person at the reception was not understanding.

had a good stay ,very close to hussain sagar lake and lumbini park just walking distance. rooms should be more updated ,but rooms are clean.

place is exactly front to the Secretariat building and lumbini park is only 3min walking distance . I stayed 5days 4nights without any deficiency or problems. rooms are good and should be more updates but who cares ,we stayed there only for night sleep ,we return room after other tourists return from the hussain sagar lake because hotel is only 3min distance

The location of the hotel is excellent. Located at the heart of Hyderabad city, it is just a minute away from the Hussain Sagar Lake and it has a wonderful view of the secretariat of Telengana from the balcony. The rooms were okay. The bathroom however could be a little cleaner. The host was very helpful and polite. It is budget friendly too. Overall a good stay.

Located near Secretariat. No Lift in the property. Access to Senior Citizens and Physically Challenged is tough. Rooms very basic and located in a shared building. Drinking Water to be collected from Water Can Dispenser in the corridor. Water Heater working in the bathroom. Veg Restaurant nearby.

I stay in many hotels in hyderabd last four days but I never feel this type of comfort, cleanliness and perfect place to stay.

One of the shittiest hotel where pictures are nowhere related to the room if you see in person . We just entered the building ground floor and already cockroaches were flying all over imagine how the rooms will be Its a roadside lodge not a hotel. And stop fooling people Ive wasted my money and havent even got it back. Dont waste you time

It is a best opportunity to use this kind rooms in the main centre which is near by secretariat, nampalli assambali, it's a middle point to every where in haydrabad and pravete travel buss pickup and dropint neerer to it.

Pros: 1. This property is located near to all tourist places. 2. Manager allowed us for early check-in even 4 hours before 3. Property is safe and roadside but still quite place. 4. Nearby food option available 5. While check in rooms were clean. Cons- 1. One ac room was there in our package but all three days ac was not working due to some electrical issue 2. Stay at this price was ok. Rooms are average and beds are average too.

It was actually a really good stay despite the guest house being old. It was neat and clean. Perfect for a bachelor.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a posh area with a stunning view of the secretariat. While there were no nearby restaurants, food delivery through zomato and swiggy was convenient. The amentities were good, with towels, blankets, hot water, and all essentials provided. The service was outstanding- kind, helpful and attentive staff made the stay exceptional. Highly recommended!
