Dee Ess Residency

I had an incredible time here. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the view was stunning. Although you need to walk about 80-125 steps, it’s conveniently located near the Mall Road lift (just 200-220 meters away). For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! This place is perfect for groups, solo travelers, and young people. The staff and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even assisted with our luggage, making the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

there is an issue with the rats were playing all night in between roof and false sealing. it was very disturbing and not allowed to sleep you properly. Even after complaining for 3-4 times nobody cared and no action were taken. thisnis serious issue and need an immediate action to remove those rats. this will impact the Dee Ess Residency rating. It does not have any amenities and not even a restaurant to seat and have food. other services were good. Thanks.

The stay is perfect for a shimla trip. Right near the mall road. Rooms are premium and you'd not feel cold inside the room. The staff was very nice. Only problem was with the bathroom. The bathroom was looking clean and nice but was smelling very bad. Couldn't even keep the door. Open for seconds. Except for that the stay was awesome

great room good balcony view.. infact u can see sunset its look osm... all overgood clean room food taste also good... only one thing is dificult there is lot of stair to reach so old people can face some issue with heavy luggage but... my expirience was osm.. 🥰🥰

Hotel location is very good. It's a little walking distance from Mall Market. But the only cons is you have to ride Approx 150- 200 upstairs from the road to reach the Dee Ess Residency.

Very good experience with nice staff service. The food was good. Also, the room interior is mesmerizing. new property, clean room, awesome valley view, friendly and helpful staff.

Both the rooms of this Dee Ess Residency are very good, location is good. Mall road is also close. Bathroom is also good. Staff behavior is very good.

The owner is a very helpful and good person, the rooms are given only after cleaning properly and are in good condition
