Deepti Courtyard - Luxury Hotel in Rourkela

Not worth paid, room was small and food ok. No smoking room available. They are switching off ac, both days i have to stay awake for 2 hours in middle of night sleep that also after long hard working day. We don’t mind paying such a high tariff for cleanliness, hygienic room and food quality. That also, hardly we stay in room from late night till morning and back to work. Even manager was unexpected, instead of resolving my bill issue, he became a part of problem by repeating same thing what their staffs were doing. The moment i agree saying that anyway i will pay and not submit bill for re-imburse to company. He just disappeared from the reception. Did not even say bye or come again. I thought i was more polite than usual.
Room was reasonably cleaned, but most useful amenities like table top, side tables, found with uncleaned spot of glass impression and finger print as on glass was visible. Asked to sanitise and clean properly. Worst part of stay was night sleeping made horrible as they used to switched off room ac at early 2:00am and second night at 3:00am, what the hell after complaining on first day how could they do this? also, they put 4bottles of water bottle in restaurant bill, requested to change bill, they did not do even speaking with manager. Second night dinner i went outside to eat.

A good, decent Deepti Courtyard - Luxury Hotel in Rourkela, something which was very much required in this industrial town of Rourkela. As of now, the property looks in sparkling condition but it remains to be seen as to whether it survives the sands of time. The room sizes could have been a bit bigger at the tariff at which they are being offered. But no newspapers being delivered to the rooms in the morning is a bit of a disappointment as is the lack of packaged drinking water being made available on a complimentary basis. They only provide one liter of packaged drinking water on complimentary basis per day, which would never suffice for an adult. Post that, either one has to purchase or make do with plain RO water as they claim it to be. At the tariff which is being offered, one would have expected better. The food seems to be good and the service quite professional. The property is located on the service lane and not on the main road which is a big plus. A good option to avail when traveling to Rourkela.

Nice location at the heart of sectors area, good parking space, rooms were well maintained, hygenic, service was good. Complimentary breakfast was not upto mark as items were very few though service was very good and lastly sad thing is only 500ml of free water per day and if u wanted more water at the room that was chargeable which is very bad thing for such a magnificent Deepti Courtyard - Luxury Hotel in Rourkela.

Lacation is near railway station and also in close vicinity to get good taxi and auto rickshawas. Also cabs facilities are available near to the Deepti Courtyard - Luxury Hotel in Rourkela. Breakfast is complimentary. And variety of cuisines are available.

Our stay was just of one day. It was very comfortable. Upon reaching we were welcomed by the staff with welcome drinks. The staff here are very nice and helpful.
