First day they didn't give me the room which I booked but some pathetic room at basement... reason, other room is not vacant....then y they are taking the booking.... basement room was horrible n dirty... Second day they shifted me to another room but that also not the one I booked i.e with balcony...prefer not to stay this place again.

Location was ok. Did not have food at the property.

Pros: the location is very good. Proximity to key places are very near. Like sarojini market, india gate etc. Clean bathroom. On-premise cook lalit makes very good food. Cons(can be better: the cupboards require renovation, bathroom essentials are not by default. Towels minimum 2 than 1. Table for working on laptop in room

- They didn't bother to check our id card. - Sofa cushion in the room was ancient , i am not sure if those were dirty or too old . I was even uncomfortable to touch them. - Doormats were extremely dirty. - Some used and old bed cover was provided.

The rooms are decent enough, the staff is warm and friendly, location is accessible. So all in all it was a fun couple nights

The home stay is located in the-residential area. Considering the tariff per night, the price is too high. The room area is small. Although the breakfast is included the choice is very limited and disappointing. There is a common kitchen where one can use for making tea, coffee etc without any extra cost. Simple food for lunch and supper is available at a nominal price. Mobile connectivity in that locality especially bsnl/dolphin is very poor.

It was a wonderful experience staying here, the hotel staff is so supportive and polite, food served was also good, clean and hygienic washroom. Enjoyed my trip. Hotel staff lalit was very helpful during my stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Located in the residential area of safdarjung. But the rooms are tiny and privacy is limited 3 bedrooms, with a shared common area and kitchen. Hence the property seems a little overpriced for the facilities provided
