Worst experience ever , i regret choosing make my trip for this decision , the hotel owner did not let me stay whole night as they the key got robbed with my wallet in the local market and they don't has a spare key they said , till morning 11 am they kept me wanted to get my stuff my belongings out from the room after calling the keymaker and they literally thrown out my bags out of the room with a very heat argument with me by giving bad words they almost 5 people came to gather me and they wanted me to pay for key that is 350 rs extra in spite of i struggle whole night out side in this new place because of key lost and zero support and respect from the stay,

worst..worst..worst...stayed there for two days on my official visit..first of all no comparison with the description .worst place to stay for any kind of person...no decency and worst behavior of staff ...totally worthless...think hundred times before booking this hotel .. I know that the staff definitely try to give all the worst explanations for my review in such a way to cover their entire worst accommodation and their worst behavior .I hope everyone beware of such a worst accommodation

Worst , scary...Their employees are very badmouthed . Don’t know how to talk . Place is scary. Please if u want your safety don’t go. I checked in morning and then i left for my work. I came back late night by 12:45 am and saw their rooms and all. I checked out in next 2 hrs.When my friends came to pick me up at , one of them came up to take my luggage as i have so many , the employee was sleeping on couch in front desk with blanket and all. Suddenly wakes up and started misbehaving with me. I want refund of my stay , otherwise will take further action for my unsafe time at tis place.

It's a very terrible experience with this property. We booked 6rooms in total. They have given information about check in and check out that 8am to 11am while we arrived at the property in morning they said that we don't have any room right now you have to wait till 11am. When we ask them that we have booked 2months before so that we don't have to face any problem at check-in time. They say that mam foreigners were checking in early morning but indian are checking in late so that we thought that we all will check in late. So for now we don't have any rooms available. You please cancel your booking and move. Then i complain to mmt then they provide only 3rooms at their hotel and moved 6 persons of us to another hotel. At 9am there also same problem that they give us only 2rooms

Terrible hotel the place that they advertise is not the actual property you will be staying at they have leaking wash basin and very small rooms for the price no facility of hot water room service is only for show only redeeming factor is it is very near to new delhi railway station, note : only book this if you are in transit or looking for very short stay near ndls and have no other options

Couldn't provide rooms even after check-in tim

When i reached the hotel after the mentioned check-in time, they said they don't have any rooms and rooms will only be available after a few hours. I had to book another hotel because of this.

The staff were incredibly helpful from when we arrived at 2am until we left. They helped us org-anise taxis and provided useful information for getting around. The room was huge and clean, aircon was good and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good and there was a nice atmosphere. The location is amazing, just around the corner from a metro station. Would recommend!

Hotel shanti residency is very good hotel and clean and offer a large range of services for the guest. The staff is kind and helpful. I would like to particularly thank mr. I came here on my break in between 2 tours so it was a perfect place to catch up on some relaxation and sleep. The rooms were very spacious with great bathrooms and facilities, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
