Delhi Empire Dx @New Delhi Railway station

I got the room but when I was checking in, I checked 3 rooms, had to choose the least bad one. Smallest hotel room I have ever been to. The walls had moisture in them and the paint was falling. The bathroom was so small that the shower was above the wash basin. Shower was so choked it let out a single stream of water enough to fill my mouth in 30 seconds. Tap was also so choked that the bucket took around 10 mins to fill. And I had to call them to get the warm water. They turned it on when I asked them to. The bed linen, pillow covers were dirty. No electric kettle, no coffee/tea kit. Not even one complimentary water bottle. Normal kettle was probably not used in more than 1 year. I did not dare order food from their kitchen. Let's not go to what they had in the name of TV - I didn't need it so it didn't matter. Location - on the map it shows in the opposite direction in the lane.

Terri ke room, ac not working, no wardrobe to keep cloths, toiletries not provided with a threadbare towel. Breakfast provided on a paper plate. What else to write about. Worst stay of my life

Old building, the surrounding environment is very bad, rooms are unclean. The washroom, AC or fans are useless.

The hotel is a very cheap establishment. Please have a look at what is mentioned on your portal about Delhi Empire DX Amenities provided. Everything mentioned there about the amenities provided is false. None of that exists. How can MakeMyTrip just print details about a hotel without verifying it first. Totally disappointed

Food was overpriced and ac remote was not available, washroom was not that much clean , in room bedsheet was not clean

Overall this hotel is fabulous to stay either it is room or the food or the staff everything was satisfing.

I booked a Super Deluxe Room with Breakfast at Hotel Delhi Empire Dx through MMT, but the experience was far below expectations and completely misleading: No breakfast was provided, despite it being clearly mentioned in the booking. Staff simply said, “No provision for breakfast here.” No welcome drink or complimentary water — even drinking water was chargeable at ₹50 per bottle (MRP ₹20). No difference between room categories — Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms are exactly the same. This is deceptive. First room was full of cigarette smell and had a broken flush. Staff initially refused to change the room, citing full occupancy, but changed it only after I strongly insisted. Basic amenities missing — torn towel, unclean bedsheets, non-working TV, damaged kettle, and AC without remote control (you have to call reception to switch it off/on). Cleanliness and service quality were poor, far from what was shown online. MMT should strictly verify and monitor such listings. I don’t expect luxury at low cost, but whatever is promised must be delivered. This was a completely unsatisfactory experience and felt like a case of false advertising.

very poor experience , The room was very dirty and AC is very old , even not showing temp. The bed mattress was not proper. up and down , in bathroom towel hanger not available. soap not given. even I changed one room due to this problem but in the second room same problem. No welcome drink and complementary water bottle provided. very old furniture looks like 25 yrs old. this is serious cheating of real travelers like us.
