Della Resorts

All services, right from pure check-in call responses to in room dining were very slow. Perhaps the property needs to be adequately staffed. The suite was pretty good but the ac in the bedroom wasn't the best. The food at villa bistro and parsi dhaba was exemplary. The breakfast at cafe 24 was quite average though. We took our pet along as it was her birthday. While she had loads of fun, her dinner was delayed. We called several times to have it delivered, 2 hours prior to the dinner time. Her food eventually came 2 and a half hours later. A bit disappointed with this as we had mentioned over the call that it is for the dog

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Della Resorts. Everything about the Della Resorts was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Properties location : Very Peaceful, Very Big and Beautiful, Very Clean And Nice. Properties Food: Excellent, spectacular & Marvellous. Breakfast is like a dream come true. So tasty and so many options. Properties Amenities: Very Nice All you can think of every thing is there.. from swimming pool to the writing pad. Everything is there Properties Service: Very Very Humble people and very fast service. Good Hygiene even in the public places All in all, its like a dreamland … everyone must visit..!

The property is very good. We booked camp della room. The room was not great as per the room charge, it was not worth it since it was very small. We paid around 29000. The floor had screeching sound as it was made of wood. Breakfast spread was ok ok. Food quality was good. The property is well maintained. Serene and quiet, the amenities at the property were good, like vehicle service and clealiness. Staff were helpful and courteous. Overall, it's a little overpriced as per the room quality.

Location, concept, activities are excellent but cleanliness and hygiene is a problem and so also wifi is terrible you are repeatedly logged out. I had booked camp adventure room and was visibly excited to see it. After a while we came across bugs and cockroaches and a big lizard roaming in bathtub. On complaining initially the housekeeping and other staff were giving excuse to location as it is on a mountain but then after some more persuation they shifted to another room.

The property is excellent.., rooms are spick n span… but there are too many mosquitoes in the room…the mosquito repellent was ineffective in controlling the mosquitoes… my baby got stung at so many places… also power went off in the middle of the night… thankfully they promptly sent an electrician to sort it out… breakfast platter good… dinner at cafe 24 and the vegas show were also good….overall experience was good… the minus one point is for these problems

I am a repeat customer at della, love the location and the layout. We stayed at camp della this time to enjoy the monsoons, and we had the best time looking over into the valley. Camp della is a dreamy world at this time of the year. We enjoyed the stay, service and the food. If there is one thing i could change, the restaurants seating is limited for a resort this size. Except for cafe24, there is always a wait due to such limited capacity.

Pros:good stay. Clean rooms with jacuzzi. Adventure activities. Good spread of buffet breakfast. Cons: 5k incidental deposit is compulsory(not mentioned previously) pool is next to the restaurant n hookah area. So not appropriate for families/couples. For any activity u have to buy the adventure pass(minimum price 2k. This includes for even basic board games like carrom tt chess. Restaurants are overpriced for the service/presentation.

It's always a pleasure to stay at della. It's our family favorite. Food, staff, ambience is amazing.

Simply amazing. Friendly staff, amazing environment. Luxurious stay, there are a lot of things to do in the resort itself

Customer service is good, food is ok, room need to be cleaned properly, ambience is very good, the adventure park is awesome, staffs very polite and helpful. But for rooms needs to be cleaned before allocating

The place is beautiful. Great rooms. Great atmosphere. U just don't need to leave the premises for anything at all. 6 restaurants. One pure veg which mattered a lot to us ! adventure park. Pick n drop within premises. They do need to improve on room service that's the reason only 4 stars

Best resort for adventure and stay in lonavala for kids and family they keep on adding events overall a good place

Cleanliness of the room could have been better, it smelt of smoke when we walked in, everything is commercialised and actually no activities are complimentary apart from staying in the resort

Excellent place to visit with family for kids, it comprises off all activities for everyone. Good place for rejuvenating and enjoy. We loved it very much.
