Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of DELUXE RESIDENCY. Everything about the DELUXE RESIDENCY was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

"excellent DELUXE RESIDENCY. Great service the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near santacruz train station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again

Discovered this DELUXE RESIDENCY, perfect for budget-conscious travelers in Mumbai. The room, though compact, offered everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. While I didn't try the food, I appreciated the cleanliness and overall comfort. Just a heads-up, I did bring mosquito repellent for peace of mind. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Had an amazing comfortable and effortless stay at DELUXE RESIDENCY deluxe residency the palace is situated at a walking distance from santacruz local station. The staff was super welcoming and there service was really well maintained. The price is way too cheap with respect to tha DELUXE RESIDENCY location and there service will definitely stay again

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

It's totally worth for the price. Located in a prime location of mumbai in santacruz and zuhu beach is just 15 mins away. The DELUXE RESIDENCY seemed to be newly biuilt. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. . They have smoking roooms. Wifi was great. Staff was very cooperative and friendly.

Center hub to stay easily to railway station

Good DELUXE RESIDENCY, food provided was good and DELUXE RESIDENCY is on main road but its not suitable for wheelchairs as it has a narrow staircase in the entrance. Clean room and bathroom however room are tiny but clean. Staff is good. Couples are welcomed.
