Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa)

We stayed 3 nights at Denzong Shangrila. Since we were out sightseeing each day, we would have their breakfast and then leave. We had breakfast on two mornings, lunch on one day and dinner on one night. Breakfast had limited variety fruits, breads, sandwich, sprouts and some items that were cooked on order. Parathas, vada, etc. However, The staff made up for that through their sheer enthusiasm. Rooms were large enough for 3 of us, bathrooms were clean and toiletries were all replenished daily. Special mention is to be made of Debashish at reception who was very helpful whenever required and also ensured that we got a basic breakfast packed for us despite a 5 am departure on last day. Some of The staff members are quite inexperienced but very enthusiastic. We would love to visit Gangtok and stay here again as a family.

I stayed 3 days at this Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa). The staff was cooperative, however they allotted me a smaller room, and when i asked them this is not what i booked they immediately changed to the one i booked. The food is good. I had buffet breakfast and ala carte dinner, both were quick in service. However, they should increase the number service staff there. Location wise it is far from mg market and the road is too congested at times. Cleanliness is good. Best thing is it has a lift and so elderly people can have no problem.

Visited Sikkim for a week and stayed in Dengzong for 3 nights in a suite room. Room was spacious with a large and comfy bed, food was good. Hotel is located in development area, about 2-3 km from MG Marg. The room was facing the road had some disturbances at night with a car sensor screeching on 1 night. Since the floor is wooden any one walking or children jumping on higher floors would also be a bit disturbing which was the case with us, overall pleasant stay.

It's about 1 Km from main MG Marg. It is a magnificent clean Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) in the lap of nature. Hotel is rendering excellent customer service. Food served is most delicious. Room is of modern beauty. Daily house keeping is great. Hotel has restaurant and bar. Hotel has spa, massage facility. Free WiFi available in the entire Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa). Hotel provide travel desk facility. Hotel is value for money.

Property standards: 4 of 5 since rooms are smaller but cozy. View isn't great from rooms. Dental kit given only 1 for 3 adults. Elevator was out of service on day 1 but they did a good job to rectify by next day noon. Food: breakfast was average, but dinner menu and taste is good. Taxis are available to reach mg road in 5 minutes atm is nearby staff is cooperating and cordial view from restaurant is very good games room is for children upto 5 only

First day we got a small room and on objecting The room was changed in a bigger room, that was quite spacious, no Valley view in any room, location is good but steep Road leads to. Hotel, but easy taxi service make it easy reach, buffer be fast has limited items but rich food, items offered are made as per choice, staff all very courteous, but lack of calculation in billing, makes errors in billing need to be thorough checked for calculations.

Location of The Hotel is a bit far from mg Road but it's connected well. The Hotel front desk staff was courteous and my request for a late lunch was nicely accepted. I had a concern about The size of The room which was immediately attended upon. The restaurant on The rooftop is The USP of The Hotel as it gives a panoramic view of beautiful Gangtok. And The food was really delicious. We enjoyed our stay to The fullest.

Stayed for 3 nights on 28. 9. 2021 to 1. 10. 2021. Location and looking of Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) is good. Manager mr. Abee thapa is very cooperative and professional. Toilets were neat and clean with toiletries. Other staff is also very desiplined. Food is average some improvements are required to charge rates shown in menu. I recommend this Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa).

The place is walking distance from mg marg but with luggage that is difficult, breakfast and restaurant is fantastic, rooms are small though

I stayed in this Hotel for two nights. My overall experience was very good, food was also very good. Only The thing which need to be better is The wardrobe position as it was in corner surrounded by other tables. I would definitely recommend you to stay in this Hotel.

Great location, chef was too good so it's a bonus for food, staff was very good, need to improve Wi-Fi, everything is excellent.

Good Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) 10 mins away from mg marg. Breakfast spread was brilliant and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, especially the beds were one of the comfortable ones you hardly find in Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa)s. A little dated Denzong Shangrila Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa), but wasn't much of a trouble to us. Highly recommend in gangtok

Food is good, room service was excellent and less drinking water was provided in room.
Room size is very small. Very compact room and not a value for money.
