Dera Masuda Luxury Resort

I recently stayed at this Dera Masuda Luxury Resort primarily due to its proximity to my work venue, and it was my first visit. The room they provided was not just spacious but also wonderfully upgraded and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the lovely balcony and the delightful view of the pool from the first floor. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was their understanding of non-spicy food preferences. Despite being in Rajasthan where spice levels can be intense, they perfectly catered to my preference for mild dishes from the à la carte menu. It’s a rarity to find such consideration, and it greatly enhanced my experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, the gravel road from the parking area to the reception made it inconvenient to handle luggage without assistance or drive up to the entrance. Secondly, the general staff, especially those involved in cleaning and service, tend to be quite loud, disrupting the peace particularly in the early mornings and occasionally late at night. While these issues affected my stay, they are certainly areas where improvement can be made, especially regarding staff conduct. Overall, I would recommend this property for short stays due to its comfortable rooms and amenities. If the noise issue is addressed, it would greatly enhance the experience for guests.

We stayed for one night. The food was good. Swimming pool was great. We felt that the rooms were a bit smaller as per the price we paid . 4k/night. Some of the staff was ignorant and full of ego. Otherwise its a chill place. We had drinks also by the pool but on one condition that you do not disturb other guests. You can chill by the pool at night also. Loud music is not allowed as it disturbs other guests so need to take care of that. We reached easily via go-ogle maps and its 3 kms away from main city so that's not much of a headache. Recommended.

This is my second stay here however this time the room was not in the best condition, the walls had cracks, there was some smell in the room like it was closed for a long time, and the fans were not clean. These are basics that should be taken care of very firmly in Dera Masuda Luxury Resorts. And moreover, towels were like they were used for a long time and they were not at all good to use. Please take care of these things as you have a beautiful property but maintain it well. The food here is very good and the breakfast spread was good too.

Hotel overall average, why i am saying average is coz staff and other people are least bothered about your needs. Continuous prompting is must and even after that too, staff doesnt listen or tends to forget the guest needs. A room should be cleaned everyday without prompting. Pantry supplies should be top up without requests. Such a small thing but worth mentioning that is tea spoon. Even after so many attempts of prompting no teaspoon was provided. Other than this, nice view and ambience.

I check-in in the resort and pay the payment through go-ogle pay and my transaction goes under some error then Dera Masuda Luxury Resort staff say we'll give it back to you if it come to us anyday then when i was about to check-out i pay 3600+ in cash and told them if you recieve my online payment then send back to me but yesterday i received a msg that your money is delivered to vikas dadhich account but now mr vikas dadhich is not recieving my phone.

Away from rush and crowd, surrounded by beautiful mountains it is a wonderful property to spend a good Weekend with friends or love ones. Great staff behaviour very friendly and cooperative. A little less area just the entrance, pool Side and room buildings but overall very decent and not a regret selection. Suggest to spend 2 nights at least to enjoy the pool morning view and midnight too

This place is really one of the best Dera Masuda Luxury Resort we stayed in pushkar. Room was comfortable. Pool was clean. We only had breakfast & lunch but it was awesome. Very awesome resort better then picture very calm and beautiful ambience surrounding nature. I will definitely visit this place again in future. I will truly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The property is good and so is the ambience, although the garden could be made to look more appealing. Staffs were good. We stayed for a day and the breakfast seemed decent. Also, the property is midway and the key attractions are near by at almost 4-5 kms. Next to it is an adventure park so ppl can save time to explore the same as well. Overall a good stay! must try.

The price was also affordable
It’s surrounded by mountains and large clean property. The room had all the necessary business accessories but wifi is bit slow. The staff is humble and well groomed. The pool is big and clean with chairs, loved it.

Nice Resort fun for Weekend. Swimming pool and good rooms. Well maintained ok food its has 30 rooms and bar also. Good place to bring friends and couples.

Overall good acc to sanitisation

No proper sanitization done there are some type of smell and moisture present in mattress and linen

First of all i would say the food is too delicious. Secondly the services are fast and the staff is really cooperative and they are available during the night too. Rooms are average but overall the experience is good.

Very big resort where you can chill and enjoy time with loved ones. Hospitality is good and they take care of every small request. It's very close to the temple (2 km) peaceful. Nice pool good food. Rooms neat and clean.
