Not recommended for people with children or old age parents or otherwise

With a 9 month toddler and 2 senior citizens , they gave us a room 2 storeys down the rugged stairs with no railings. Staff is gentle but food especially aka carte dinner is borderline inedible and tasteless.. significantly deteriorated my Munnar experience by stating here

We loved the resort's fantastic location, scoring it a 10/10! The breakfast was delicious, and the manager's helpfulness was exceptional. Their courtesy extended to sending a pickup when our vehicle had issues. We'll be back for sure!

I'd rate my stay as average. The booking mentioned an iron and ironing table, but they weren't in the room. Food was expensive, with an additional Rs 4000 needed for a two-day dinner stay. The hotel's location was far from iconic tourist spots. However, the staff were friendly and professional. Also, the view from balcony was amazing.

Wonderful place to stay in Munnar! The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and the service is prompt. We enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast spreads. Not only did the rooms have breathtaking views, they were also extremely clean. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. Deshadan was simple, yet luxuriant, truly a treat!

family with 2 kidsThe location is just picture perfect . Rooms are good and spacious . The hiking trail which is a private one for the resort takes you to the best views of Munnar . Don’t miss it . Only improvement is hot water supply which does comes with lot of pressure . Also my room did not had AC or fan , while it was not needed , better to ask before you book . I will highly recommend this property

groupThe resort is really good, we went through our self drive car the last 1.5 kms of the ride are a bit uphill that's the toughest part. The people are helpful we had to check out early they also provided us with breakfast kits which was helpful. Has a game area and view point. They also provide a trek although we didn't went for it but it would have been good. Overall a good stay :)
