Destiny - The Farm Resort

Our weekend stay with friends and family was truly exceptional. From the hassle-free room upgrade based on our feedback to the many engaging activities such as horseback riding, karaoke sessions, games, campfires, farm tours etc, our experience was unforgettable. Our farm tour guide, niyas, deserves a special appreciation for being so flexible and enthusiastic, which made our activities and farm exploration more fun. The resort's culinary offerings were equally outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes - kids really enjoyed the food too! mrs. Meena, who was heading the resort operations, provided exceptional hospitality and a personal touch throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcomed. In summary, our stay at destiny resort was enhanced by the delightful activities, wonderful food, clean room facilities, and the staff's exceptional hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic getaway and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed in destiny for 2 nights in april 2022 what we liked: resort and the surroundings horse riding kids liked the horse riding, sheeps, feeding rabbits and the games what we did not like: food - not much options for south indian food. We did not like most of the food we had in the resort. Well, you dont have any other option, than to eat from the resort. It looks like no maintenace is being done on the property. Most of the staff are not pleasant. Sometimes, arrogant. Most of the activities are namesake and lasts only 10-20 mins. More preference given to groups than couples/families (understandable. Travel from parking to resort may break your back. No proper lighting on walkway during nights. Superior rooms are better than deluxe, even-though they charge only slightly higher price for superior rooms. Recommendations: good for kids to spend 1-2 days. If possible, travel in large groups. Do not travel in summer, as the lake is dry and the view is not worth the money they charge.

My son enjoyed the stay in the resort as it's a kid friendly resort with animals like sheep, horse, cow etc. Great vacation trip for kids. Suggestions parking of this resort is 3 to 4 kms away from the resort, and in the parking it's mentioned that park at your own risk and resort is not responsible for any loss. This is not acceptable and creates a negative first impression to those who arrive. The resort should ensure that the cars are safe. I had forgotten to take two of my covers while return. A courtesy or a formality call from resort asking me what to do with those cover e would have made me feel good and would have encouraged me to recommend the resort.

The stay is amid-st the forest and the view from the room is something to die for. They provide quite a number of free and paid activities like horse riding, trekking and zipline, but during our stay it was raining so we couldn't enjoy all the other activities and we wished to come back when it was not raining. The restaurant has an extensive continental, chinese and indian options and is quite tasty as well. The staff are very approachable and always ready to help in any way possible. Overall it was a wonderful experience for us and we are definitely looking to stay again when we visit ooty.

Location is fine, property is maintained well, but the path to resort entrance is a nightmare. Do not go to this place in a sedan or hatchback. Once you reach the parking spot, they will take you in a shuttle bus, which by the time you reach the destination (30 mins) you would feel that your body parts have been replaced. So pregnant women and old people also with small babies avoid this place. Once you reach the resort, it's a pleasent stay. Quality of the food and main restaurant service needs a lot of improvement, rest was all fine

We stayed in destiny farm stay for 2 night and 3 days. Booked the superior room. Took some effort to reach to the parking place. But once we reached its magical. Off-road van will take you to the actual resort which is 2-3 km from the parking area. The chek in was smooth. The location and view is out of the world. They have these farm animals which made the kids involved through out the stay. The food was good and staff was approachable and proactive. A must visit place for all nature lover…

Such a great view from the resort. They provided camp fire, one round horse riding, horse grooming, sheep feeding, morning guided nature walk as complementary. Served variety of quality dishes with buffet meals. Superior rooms are maintained very well. Provided complementary cashew nuts, pis-ta and biscuits. Special thanks to as-win who shared lot of information about nilgiris flora & fauna and helped to take some beautiful pictures.

This property is away from the ooty, around 35 kms from the bus station. Normal vehicles cannot reach the destination and hence there is a separate parking till where the cars or taxis can reach. From the said parking the property is about 3 kms which will be a roller-coaster ride. Only 4wd vehicles with ample ground clearance can only go. The location is mind blowing with lots of activities for the kids.

Excellent and spacious property with lot of activities like horse riding, trekking, zip line monkey crawling, agriculture tour. Food options was great for buffet, taste could have been better

Excellent experience with quality food and well maintained in this Destiny - The Farm Resort. Overall 4 star out of 5. My suggestions superior room is worthful.

Location was so good ! food should be improved when it comes to buffet ! rooms well maintained! luxury rooms need a bit attention there’s lots of fungus smell in luxury rooms ! over a peace full stay ! i would visit again!

Brilliant location and a very well kept property. Friendly staff and good food. The best part about this place is it’s pet friendly your fur balls can have a fantastic time as the place is huge and open.

Fantastic location, extremely helpful staffs, good food, good hygiene, good activities, great place for people who love nature and like trekking and adventure activities. Only problem is the road to the resorts
