The stay was nice but the reception staffs are not professionals because sometimes there behaviour, look gives a uncomfortable feel and also the stay was nice but the romm is not maintained well

Customer service bad. Food from restaurant over priced and quality is below average. Air conditioner filter was utter dirty. No brush and paste overall high priced hotel for facility and amenities.
