The place is well maintained and the staff are good. I stayed in the property in malad called sharda bhawan. The locality is good. The breakfast was fine. The staff are very friendly. Event though its very difficult to find the property, as its situated inside another complex and doesn't has its own entrance. The rooms are well maintained.

About the apartment is well maintained and clean. I would like to thanks Vinod(caretaker)for his awesome hospitality. Food quality: we have asked him for dinner and Vinod had made Aziz chicken meal for us. Well, I will suggest not eat from outside, instead, ask Vinod for cooking. It was overall a good experience for my group.

This is the best in mumbai/malad i could find in this price range. Location and accessibility are very good. Rooms were nice and presentable, with large enough bathrooms. Breakfast, very simple, was complimentary, and other meals were readily available on order. I intend to stay here only in my future trips.

Stay was good, the location was ok, rooms were average, cleanliness was less, facilities were available but parking was not there, apart from that property was secured, overall a normal stay and a recommended property.

Shelter provide a very good homely atmosphere with polite, smart and efficient care takers. Further, the proprietor is very helpful and dependable in case you require beyond your comfortable stay.
