DEV VILLA

Its a nice Bunglow turned into DEV VILLA but with just 9 Rooms. Absolutely clean, spotless and perfectly managed in all respects. Food is simple but tasty. Room ambience is great and View from the balcony is amazing. AC working fine and Bathrooms are very clean with Hot water 24 hours available. I think its the best place to stay in Udaipur if you are not after Branded DEV VILLAs.. Very reasonably priced. The staff is very mannered and helpful. I would personally recommend they introduce Tea/coffee maker in their rooms and add atleast 1 or 2 more items in Breakfast menu. Overall, Full Marks to Dev Villa and I would strongly recommend it to my Friends, Family & Colleagues.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place with my family and we again had a wonderful experience at Dev Villa. Hotel rooms are very clean with all the required amenities. Hotel staff is very humble and service is up to the mark. Hotel located in a very peaceful area just next to udaivillas. All the tourist places are just 20 to 30 mins away from the DEV VILLA. We had asked for a candle light dinner arrangement for 15 pax on the terrace and it was well organised with perfect food. You don't get much options for breakfast but you call always order for something. I would love to visit this place again and again when I visit Udaipur.

I didn't face any problem to reach the villa. I didn't check activity in the villa. I had visited this villa for official purpose. All useful amenities were provided in working condition in the room. The room was spacious with neat and clean. The check in and checkout was done on time. I went to this villa by my own vehicle. The parking facility was provided by the villa. I had food in the villa. The food quality and quantity was very good in the villa. The food was value for money. I would like to recommend this villa for other travelers.

We stayed for 1 night with family. Our experience was really amazing. The DEV VILLA rooms are very clean and are big in size. The bathrooms are also very clean. Hotel staff is very cooperative and polite in speaking. Our location was near pichola lake and it was a very silent area. They don't have a lift. Their breakfast area is very small hardly 3 tables and they even have very limited food option available for breakfast. Overall I would rate my staying experience at 4 out of 5.

The owner was well aware about the arrival of the guest. We were late and night was falling. The owner in his own called and guide us to the destination. Rooms were clean. Though the bathroom cum toilet was a little space constraint but hygiene and cleanliness negates it. The service was prompt and staff was responsive and helpful. The food was just like cooked at home so those who prefer home food taste are lucky. You can customized the tea coffee according to your choice.

Location was good it was very near to Fateh Sagar Lake and Lake Pichola. Food was prepared as per our taste, very courteous staff. Free Wi-Fi was available with good speed, rooms were spacious and breath of fresh air. One more good thing that the villa had a very small garden at the front of the villa, we clicked some great pictures there plus a very beautiful temple opposite the villa.

But the morning breakfast should have some more varieties for veggie people! I provided with omelet that is not accepted so this should be understood by the DEV VILLA to maximize the menu. Any way th stay was good and Everything was just perfect. Though

Destination is good. Location is very good. Appearance is best and clean. Booking and reception is excellent. Food is really very good, service is also good. Room is clean and Wi-Fi also there. Sometimes there are no one at reception and I waited for a long time. It was delayed on check out time but all our experience is good.

Really nice DEV VILLA to stay. With friendly staff and good service. Food was up to the mark. Had a car pick us up instantly and over all a really good time. Overall its nice Experience. I will be happy to have my next stay at Dev Villa. Will surely staying here again on my next visit to Udaipur.

Good guest house. Staff are good and ready to help. The house manager is very helpful and good mannered. VILLA house is comfortable and peaceful. If you want to feel you have a house on paradise, stay away from Resorts and choose this option. Our trip was fantastic.

Dev Villa stay was great. The rooms are spacious and have been done up well to resemble that of a luxury villa. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The best thing about the villa was its homely food which we liked so much that in our two day stay we had all our meals in the villa. Overall a very good place to stay.

Dev Villa is a well located across lake Pichola but yet away from the old city commercial lanes. A well kept property exceptionally well behaved and helpful staff Mr Surinder Singh. The manager was always available to help out. Nice home like meals prepared fresh as per our requirements. Thoughtfully arranged interiors and sit outs are great. Place has a good feel and one feels like being at home convenience and comfort. Would highly recommend.

Everything was clean, rooms were perfect

Its very well maintained and very nice and hygiene place to stay. Most of the Udaipur visiting places are very nearby within 2 km radius. Villa staff are very kind and cooperative If I have to say in one word its value for money, Compare to other places ideal location for stay without city traffic.

Awesome, good food specially Gatta Sabji. Very neat and clean rooms. Calm and quiet atmosphere just like a home stay. I recommend this for family stay or couple stay an excellent destination in Udaipur for tourist as all places are nearby within 3 kilometers range.

Beautiful property in one of the cleanest areas of Udaipur. Friendly staff, super clean rooms, nice ambience. Super recommended.. Located in a very open area, rooms has everything needed and the best part is it’s cleanliness.
