Dear Ma’am, We’re sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience, but we must clarify the actual events. From the start of your stay, we received over 50 phone calls from you regarding various small issues — each one addressed and resolved by our team . You even contacted our Managing Director multiple times, and eventually, he chose not to respond further as it became clear that you were not willing to listen or cooperate. You behaved rudely with our staff, and shockingly, you threw our blankets down the stairs as if they were trash. You threatened us with police and media action over a bedsheet — yet we still treated you respectfully and tried to accommodate all your requests. Despite using the room and facilities, we refunded your payment and charged you only for one night’s basic fare. You had also mentioned finding better rates elsewhere. When we offered to cancel the booking if you did it from your end, you declined. We strive to offer hospitality with care and kindness, but this experience was distressing for our staff. In all honesty, we felt harassed throughout your stay. We respect every guest, but we also expect the same respect in return. Deva's Retreat
