Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipur

The property is beautiful. The staff is also nice and friendly but not everyone seemed trained enough to know about the property and other stuff. The Sunday breakfast buffet was quite chaotic, and there were less to none protein options on the menu. It felt like the dinner buffet spread was less too. Some of the items were brilliant while some others not so much. The pool is very nice. Chlorine in it highly controlled and it felt good to get a swim in it. It was my first Taj experience and my expectations were very high but it didn’t feel like it. Overall it was not bad but it wasn’t exceptional either.

It was an experience worth every moment. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we felt at home.The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, providing one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time.What truly stood out, however, was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even surprising us with a tasty welcome drink- Shikanji.

Hi our parag at taj devi ratn resorts was awesome. The staff is courteous and very friendly. The buffet and menu is above par. Rooms are sparkling clean with awesome views. We asked for additional blankets and bedding which was readily provided without additional charges and fuss. It’s great value for money and overall very enriching and exciting experience only downside i can think is that the property is little far from town. Takes 30-35 mins to reach anywhere in city.

We had an extraordinary experience at taj. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a royal welcome. Our host at the reception, robin, made us feel incredibly comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure our special requests and needs were met. His exceptional hospitality truly exemplifies taj’s unique qualities. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with cozy separate sitting areas. Kid had a fantastic time and received a special christmas goodie present.

excellent stay and hospitality .. rooms were regal and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and went beyond to accommodate our request as per 1.5 year old kid . The approach road to the property is slightly in bad condition , which can be ignored. Overall we enjoyed our stay and waiting to come back again .
