Devi Villa- Your Home on Lake Pichola

We had a pleasant stay at the devi villa of 3 days. Location is at chandpole which is nearest one for most of the attractions like hatipole, lake pichola, city palace etc. The rooms and bathroom were clean and had lake view from balcony. Hot water geyser was there. Current entrance of the whole haveli is somewhat small but inside part is pleasent. It's homestay so you got exact cultural feeling from owner and their staff. They are kind people. We ordered food here only and wife of owner provided us very tasty food at all time. We feel this food was more hygienic and tasty than outside food. Owner also gave us idea about what places we can cover in the specified time. You can book 2 wheeler from here to roam around. Panipuri out side this building was also good. This is safe place to stay for family and at backside you will find small grocery stores, bakery, medical etc within walkable distance. Will definitely recommend stay for family and friends. On diwali time, there is too much rush in udaipur.

Rooms are spacious. Location is great all the major attractions like city palace, bagore ki haveli, jagdish temple, gang-ore ghat are at walking distance so saves you a lot on transportation. Have tons of cafe around and this is the only market which is open till 11pm, as rest are closed by 8:30. Land lord and good soul and try to accommodate your genuine and additional demands as much as possible. Since this is a family property is end to end managed by them hence very affordable without compromising quality. I suggest you prefer using it directly calling it property and you can get around 20-30% in aggregator commission and gst

I had traveled over business trip and had a short stay at this Ganpat Sing 's property. Immediately upon booking I got a call from Mr. Singh confirming the booking. He was courteous to guide me there my cab driver to the stay. Very nice food and tea made by Mr. Singh and was equally brought by ever smiling son Raju. Room has ample lighting and ventilation. Didn't use the air-conditioner but the geyser and bathroom was spik and spine. Mr. Singh has good acumen to handle all types of traveler. Looking forward to stay again.

We have been to many places before staying in lots of Devi Villa- Your Home on Lake Picholas homestay but this is the best I have ever had... Host Chouhan Sir, his wife, his son is very caring and helpful... Room is clean and view is great from the balcony... Food is awesome, we have tried traditional Rajasthani Food it's just wow... ❤️❤️❤️

My stay at devi villa was super comfortable and hassle free. Simply loved and cherished the hospitality by family members. Most importantly we could relish homelike fresh and yummy food at any time of the day. I could easily get it made as per the needs of my 3 yr old. Must visit for anyone who want to have good stay in udaipur

This property is really good for a family trip. The surroundings were peaceful and the location was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful there. I had food during my stay and it was very good. Overall I will recommend this property to others

Both rooms open to a balcony with beautiful lakeview. Ganpath ji and family were very nice, helpful and friendly. The homely food prepared by them was delicious. Most of the local sightseeing places are at a walkable distance which is an added advantage.

Overall good stay, owner itself living at first floor and manage the property by theirselves. They prepared the food at their kitchen so the food is totally homemade and great at taste.
