Hotel Devlok Himachal Swarg By Beas - Your Gateway to Heaven

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Devlok. Himachal, and I must say it exceeded all all my expectation from the moment we arrived. The staff made us feel incredible. Welcome with your warm hospitality and prompt service. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views, our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Thank you.

Property is located 12 kms shy of Mall road and offers surreal mesmerising view of mountains and Beas river. The property offers some 90% open area lush green with multiple fun and cultural activities within the compound. Amazing food and all together awesome stay experience.

property is huge but the service is very poor, not recommended for family stay room were ok .. kitchen starts at 8am

Room are not equipped to handle cold weather. Rooms have gaps in ceiling , window and door which allow free passage of air especially in winters which makes the room so chilly even the heating AC wouldn’t work.

Ezzenza swarg by the beas was a last minute decision for us. But it was the best place we booked in our whole trip. The rooms are spacious and offer a lovely view towards the river. The grounds are vast and lovely to walk about. There are a lot of things to do in the property itself. The dining experience at the in house restaurant was also great. The staff is courteous and polite. Would definitely go again in the peak season when all the stalls and activities open.

I find the property by google search and good quality stay and activities, also food was very special.

This is a huge and very beautiful property but it's a recently opened hotel so it is somewhere lacking in the service part. In restaurant, food is very good but there was a fishy smell in paneer gravy. So for veg people it was very bad experience. Drinking water in the room was having some smell. bathrooms were not clean. They are charging full adult fees of Rs 1500 per night for a kid 8 years old without bed. But even then one can stay here for this property and views.

The resort's ambiance was serene and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional customer service. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special mention to akshay in the restaurant, who provided outstanding service with a smile. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive, and he made sure i had a delightful dining experience. The resort's food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The breakfast spread was lavish, and the room service was prompt and efficient. Overall, i highly recommend ezzenza swarg by beas golf resort & spa for its excellent rooms, fantastic customer service, and delectable food. Akshay's exceptional service deserves special recognition, and i look forward to my next visit!
