Dew Drops Cottage Coonoor by LexStays

We recently had the most delightful stay amid-st nature and greenery at dew drop cottage. Highlights: surroundings and the lush greenary of tea estate, the cute lawn, fresh air was refreshing, and waking up to the sounds of birds were bliss. This cottage provided a very relaxed and peaceful stay for us. This is not a high class accommodation but they were indeed a comfort stay for us, and sipping tea on the porch with the greenary & nature around was so cool. The simplicity and elegance of the place added to its charm. This is very near to the sms park and the way to the cottage is declining, however the caretaker takes care of safe parking of your vehichle. You will be provided with a double beded room with an attached bathroom. Heater is available all the time. The caretaker chandran(all rounder) exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. He was available for each and everything we asked for at anytime. The home cooked food was really amazing and the best i had in my 4-day stay in coonoor/ooty. As he is the only caretaker, if we inform him about our need in prior in terms of food or other essentials, he ensured it is provided with at-most hospitiality. The walk around the tea estate opposite to the cottage was a tasteful cherry on the top. If you want to have a relaxed and peaceful getaway from you fast paced city life then this is the place. The cottage was welcoming & neat. It was so silent and relaxing to stay here. The rooms are amazing and have great views of the nature. The food was so homely and hygienic. The caretaker was pleasant and down to earth. His cooking was very tasty. The cottage is located near tea estates and in the middle of greenery and scenic surroundings. Overall a well maintained and amazing experience. Would love to visit many more times. And definitely would recommend many more friends, relatives & colleagues to go here.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is really quiet and beautiful. It's beside a tea garden overlooking the town. The caretaker was super helpful and cooked us some great food. Some feedback we would like to give is on maintenance issues. Some of the lamps are not working, one of the geysers was taking a lot of time to heat the water and there's a little bit of mold on the walls.

The property is in a very good location also is scenic. It has all amenities required for a pleasant stay. The food was good like home made. Madam jayanthi is a very friendly and cheerful person who enquirers about our needs daily. Chandran the care taker is also very caring and took good care of us. It's a home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at dew drop cottage and it was nothing short of fantastic! the stay was awesome, and the caretaker's hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend dew drop cottage for big family stays, as the accommodations and atmosphere are perfect for creating memorable moments.

The stay was really comfortable and the food was homely you can blindly go ahead with the booking. The cottage is on the way to dolphins nose in coonoor town yet you will experience great views and nature. Walkable distance to sms park.

Location is near to sims park, and other main points and is nestled in between tea estates. Views are mesmerizing. Service was also good

It was wonderful experience in dew drops the caretaker anna was so cooperative and the other one jayanthi was good. I will suggest to go there as dolphin nose & lamb's rock are only 7 kms from here.

Great stay! greenery around the property is awesome. Hospitality was great and has a cook who makes delicious food on order and has variety of food options. Great for staycation too. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.

We had a good stay. I environment around the stay was very peaceful with the birds chirping sounds which you hardly get in the cities. Basic amenities are available. We did not try the food here.
