Dewdrop Shankh

In 2 words, exceeded expectations! the check in was hassle free and flexible with timing. We didn't even have to call them and remind for it. The room was on par with what we expected. Bed was spacious enough and the bathroom was excellent. It was a bit cold due to the weather outside. Mr. Amit, the manager provided us a room heater for free on request for our entire 5 day stay. The service was prompt and with a smile, despite them being understaffed and busy due to tourist season. Kudos to ms. Urvashi who handled the front desk and arranged us food even on untimely hours on request. Having stayed at a 3 star Dewdrop Shankh in chandigarh before coming here, we felt no difference in the service quality. In fact, considering the price disparity, dewdrop shank h was way better value for money. The restaurant wasn't cheap, but the quality of food was very good. They accommodated for all our customization requests really well. The only drawback i can think is the lack of an in-house laundry service. However we could live with that no problems. All in all, excellent experience and our thanks to all the staff for making it so.

I recently stayed at dewdrop sank h and was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional hospitality. The culinary experience surpassed my expectations, with delectable dishes showcasing a blend of flavors. Do try their chhole, bhatura, and tandoori chicken. The ambience was delightful, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the Dewdrop Shankh’s strategic location added to the convenience, making it an ideal choice. The people, from staff to fellow guests, were indeed pleasant, contributing to a memorable and enjoyable stay.

My stay at this Dewdrop Shankh was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and extremely cooperative. Everyone was very helpful. Especially the one who was at the reception ( mr. Nitesh kumar) even told us places to visit, he arranged our rides for us when we wanted to go sightseeing and was very polite. The person who was assigned to us for room service (mr. Prince) was also extremely helpful, was very polite and helped us with everything he could. The food was also very delicious it didn't even feel like we were eating at the Dewdrop Shankh, all the meals tasted like home cooked food. The service was excellent. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

We have a great experience during stay at dew drop. Each staff is well mannered and shown courteous behaviour. The dinner buffet is very tasty, delicious and mouth smacking. The breakfast is also very licious. There is variety of food in veg and non veg category. The Dewdrop Shankh is very neat and clean and we are being attended for 24x7 hrs. Above all the behaviour of mr dhrub is unforgettable. The Dewdrop Shankh is kids friend y and our kids enjoyed a lot. We have decided to fix this Dewdrop Shankh in future for stay at amritsar. The Dewdrop Shankh is located at a good location, any e-rickshaw or auto will drop you there. I have booked two superior rooms. The rooms and washrooms were clean and rooms were centrally air conditioned. The paid service like food and tea was quick, although the complimentary things like tea bags and coffee pouches were not being given even after calling 4-5 times for the same. The staff was good, also provided us the facility of late check out. Overall a nice Dewdrop Shankh for staying.

We traveled in a group and booked the Dewdrop Shankh as its close to golden temple. The Dewdrop Shankh room was clean and comfortable. The Dewdrop Shankh staff was polite. We didn’t take any meals but only tea and lemon soda. It was good. The only thing which was little off was that we asked for water and they provided bottled water which was later charged more than the mrp. However we were never informed that ro water can be made available and this bottled water will be charged.

Excellent stay at this Dewdrop Shankh. Ideal location for the tourists who want to go to golden temple and jaliawala baag. Staffs are very polite and courteous especially mr. Dhrv and amit. They are ready to help u wz any information about amritsar and help u to make any local travel arrangements. Also they have a inhouse restaurant which serve good food wz reasonable rate. After all this is value for money stay.

Everything from food to stay was perfect. I was travel-ling for business purpose and booked this Dewdrop Shankh on mmt and trust me i was not expecting services to be this good. Value for money.
My stay at this place was comfortable. The facilities provided were up to the mark. Moreover, they took proper care for sanitization and hygiene.

Rooms are hygenic, toilets are clean, room size are good for two people, breakfast buffet was a bit let down, but overall satisfied with the price i got the deluxe room

This rating was given by the Dewdrop Shankh manager himself. He asked for my phone yesterday for “otp” purposes. He told me there will be an otp sent to my phone and asked for my phone for him to enter it on his own. He has then sent this rating “5” on his own and returned my phone to me like he did nothing.

Clean Dewdrop Shankh, rooms are clean, and one best thing was, they provide fruit and cookies as complimentary, i liked it

Booked this Dewdrop Shankh for our stay with family for two nights. Must say that the hospitality of Dewdrop Shankh staffs are awesome. Mr. Jha is just awesome, he correctly understands the needs of the customer and customizes the services. Nice people, nice room, nice food.

Stay was good, everyone was cooperative. Location is also ok, breakfast need some more menus. Rest everything was good

Great service, clean bathrooms, had booked 3 rooms for 6 of us, staff is very welcoming and all assistances provided as and when required.

They aid you in every desire you have and charges are nominal for those, food taste is also good. Initially room looks small in starting but later we realised that every thing is perfectly managed. I liked the Dewdrop Shankh.
