Good food good rooms But need to improve the lift system and washroom as well enjoyed the trip this time

Not worth for money - Small and Dirt rooms with dirty wash rooms - No proper Hygiene - even at the time of Breakfast the Hall was Duty

Property location and balcony views are good, but maintenance, service, quality are average, breakfast buffet are below average, hot water is a big issue, we got room with geyser after 2 hours of requesting mmt representative who disconnect the call without resolving the issue call timinig 46 minutes, very poor from mmt, not expected

The hotel is on a prime location….. just in middle of Children Park and Naag temple/ Gondola Skyline( 1.5km each side)Hotel has its own well maintained park. The amenities like TV etc needs regular maintenance as the remote units were not working properly and cable connection was also poor. Staff is well behaved and nice.Food quality is good.

Room amenities were very untidy and the service was pathetic. Pillow was rotten from inside and they just put a new cover to hide it.

The hotel rooms are pretty good and the ambience is also great for the stay of 2 days, we faced the water issues. Sometimes there was no water at all in the taps and flush, sometimes hot water is coming only with no cold water to mix we took balcony view rooms and the view of mountains are amazing the lift stopped working and we have to use stairs which is bit problematic for senior citizens overall experience is average please take care of water supply

The condition of the rooms are not very good hospitality is fine rest will stay in other hotel next time

Just avoid, you may prefer better options in patnitop. The hotel is old and is not renovated, washroom, beds, gallery, lift is not clean. Food is not good at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The food quality was not good as compared to prices high in menu. Amenties like toiletries was not proper in hotel

Experience was good but refrigerator is not available in the hotel rooms so be ready for that. Weather was awsm. Staff was polite

After three days of booking we have to wait there on arrival for the male for confirmation of booking. The room is not at all clean and the the staff is not supportive
