Dharamkot Inn

There were holes in the blanket. The extra cot provided was on the floor in minus temperatures at night. There was no kettle in the room for hot drinking water. There was no phone in the room to call reception or room service had to climb 2 flights of stairs in freezing cold just to get drinking water to the room. When asked for a heater as it was a big room and it was too cold to sleep, they denied it. On request, they gave one heater for 200/a night and that didn't even work. Please do not take your family with children and elders here. Total waste of money.

Overall it is nice experience. View is really good. Hot water was always there. Cleanliness and ambience was ok.
Well they have banners requesting to wera mask but person at reception himself was not wearing it

Actually there is problem in geezer for hot water and tv is not working and really disappointed for the services

Clean, spacious, location is good

I am a frequent traveller to Dharamkot and have stayed at this hotel several times, apart from the location of the property sadly there nothing else that good here, the staff is not responsive, proactive or even courteous, its like you want to stay then stay else we don't care, they don't care to offer you even the basic of the services like drinking water, toiletries, towels etc, off the 2 day stay that i had i didn't even get a basic order like tea, only the owner sounds rationale but since he isn't around most of the time the staff is free hand to behave the way they want to, the member of the staff is a tenured one there and i fail to understand the reason he continues to survives in the service environment since he is a waste of time, the owner should consider changing him, he does not know how to behave or even treat, you feel like have requested to stay for free and dat your at their mercy, you will just get a room only, no breakfasts, no tea, no water, no service nothing at all for no matter how long you want to stay, you will actually have to walk up to them for everything, even if your thirsty you'll have to literally ask for water. I am very disappointed with my spend on this booking since the only reason i got it booked was that it was available online, it was safe since i was reaching late at night. Else there always other homestay options and hotels which offer better services,courteous staff at lesser price. Highly disappointed. If this is the way people are treated i wouldn't recommend this to anyone no matter even if it is the only hotel left in Dharamkot, since either you may die of thirst or hunger since they wont even offer food to you, there's absolutely no service and manners. Amazingly surprising to see this from a servicing industry option. Please un-panel them else someday someone will land into trouble because of all this.

Location, hygienic, courteous friendly staff.

Accommodation located at peaceful place with necessary services and kitchen food is awesome one.

It was a wonderful experience as a Solo traveller. Market is also nearby and you get all the facilities at one place.

The place was not clean at all, rent is too high as per the maintained and place.

Located right beside the final point where car can reach in lower Dharamkot, besides well-lit road. Safe. Ask for rooms with view and balcony but no geyser. Seriously! How can one rely in solar heaters only.

The hotel was good with a good location. Staff was cooperative including the manager. Parking facility was also available. But the television was not working in the room and also on e-ticket checkout time was 12 but we were said to check out at 11.

The hotel's room was nice, better than expected actually but the service was not very good and the most difficult part was to find the hotel as it is very far from mcleodganj. Mcleodganj market and other places to visit in Mcleodganj are far from the hotel however if you want to go for trek to around the starting point is near to the hotel as compared to other hotels. An average experience overall.

I'm well verse with the place as it's beautiful and clam, as compared to other popular hill stations. The hotel is at walking proximity, make it elderly friendly, as cabs can reach there. The room was clean and decent. The view of the Valley from the balcony at night is breathtaking. The hot water is available during the day as it's solar heated. The food seemed decent. Many other good eating options are nearby. The room phone didn't work, so someone has to walk till the reception to order something. The staff is friendly and nice. The pricing seemed expensive, compared to the quality and other options available nearby.

Hotel is situated at a very nice location. Food was yummy. Will surely visit again.

Atmosphere is so good but room service is so slow
