The property is near and clean. The staff is excellent.Fiod quality was good. Overall a bery good experience staying at said property.

Terrible support staff. Extremely slow service without any consideration for the guests personal comfort. Room without heat mode ac in extreme winters. They say it’s impossible for them to serve a cup of tea before eight o clock in the morning. On top of that when u order for it at 0815h, u get it at 0920h ( that too after giving multiple calls at room service. Not recommended for morning persons like me.

The stay was great, staff is really nice and the room we got was a corner room with two side balcony. I appreciate the humble attitude of staff and people, the only confusion was the check out time, which was listed as 12:00 on mm t and the hotel called at 11:20 stating that we need to vacate by 11:30 which caused last minute sour taste. Additionally i woupd suggest not to book meals from here as they have a set menu with limited options, rather go for a dhaba nearby which is bhardwaj vaishno dhaba which has unlimited food options in a very good budget. I would like to add that this place has a very beautiful hill and valley view from balcony. You must stay here. Staff and people are humble and kind, specially property manager anoop ji.

Very bad quality of services and dirty room, don’t try their food for room services. Staff also not cooperative

Wonderful stay, nice location, spacious room, delicious food. Hills view is marvelous

The stay was very comfortable with very very spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was not up to the mark as per the rates of the property. The location is little bit far from the market and there is no means of travel like public auto or rickshaw to take you to the market and the property provides the car with 500rs for going and coming back from the market which is quite high.

Rooms of hotel are good but customer service is okkk okkk, staff of hotels are not aware about local things and taste of food is not good

Staff behaviour and the rooms are good. Breakfast is also good. We appreciate tje services provided by the hotel. Even we reached hotel at 1:00 am late night and staff asked us if we required dinner or not.

We chose premium room to get best service but it was not as expected, in the morning we sit outside to have a tea with a toast to enjoy mountain view but when tea came and we pour it, it comes with cockroach broken legs, we opened tea case and the legs was spread all over under the cover, it was seems like it has not been washed so long and they are serving that unused unhealthy tea to us, that was really ridiculous, we should’ve informed fssai about that

Lift was not working

The staff was nice but the room service and house keeping service was terrible. There was only one ac in the family suite

It is a budget property. Options in breakfast are very less. Rooms are spacious but location is not so good. It is in the residential area.

Excellent rooms and food, a place worth staying

Hotel golden lagoon looks bit costly than the services provided by them. Rooms are small sized, bathroom is very small sized 3*3 feet bath area which can’t be used comfortably. They provide only extra mattress without bad, so you hv to sleep on floor only. They provide not a king sized bed but normal 6*6 bed only. Overall poor experience

A good new built-up property in residential area of dharamshala plus point is food it is very good overall a nice and peaceful stay
