No cooperative staff, poor behavior, not good breakfast, no proper response for anything needs

Pleasant stay and comfortable. Good service from staff, clean rooms and good food at the in-house restaurant.

stay was decent and the staff were also supportive. Their restaurant menu is really delicious .

For a short stay of 3 to 4 days, the stay here at Dhruv was money's worth. Being in the neighbourhood, it's strategically well positioned for traveller's like me. The rooms were tidy and the service was good which made my stay comfortable.

Room was neat but not as spacious as i thought. Ample parking The staff were well behaved. I felt the price was higher. Overall it was a good experience.

The overall experience was far from what was promised on the website, and I left feeling dissatisfied and let down. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of service for future guests.

Hotel stay was a bad experience. Had to change 3 rooms before setting down for an average room. Personnel at the front desk was also lackadaisical in their approach and responsiveness.

Room no. 301 has bathroom almost 1 feet about room level. This is problematic to old people. Similarly the level of room is 3/4 feet lower than other rooms so to enter the room you need to step down which is difficult for old people. Otherwise the room was good and clean.

There is no wifi service and no towel in room. No tv, overall there is no service at hotel. Room looks good. Looks like very new hotel they don't have any basic needs.

They should maintain restroom in good conditions.

It was a nice property and good for who is attending the events in the same venue.
