Had an amazing stay at Hotel Diggi Palace! The property is absolutely beautiful with its heritage architecture and green gardens — feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of Jaipur. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, food is delicious (especially the breakfast in the courtyard), and the staff is super warm and helpful. Perfect mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. Extremely Disappointing Experience

Please don’t book this place its a fraud - I had booked a Courtyard Room at Diggi Palace, Jaipur (Check-in: 23rd August | Check-out: 25th August) via MakeMyTrip, paying approximately for what was advertised as a premium experience. However, the reality was drastically different and utterly unacceptable. The room provided was not the Courtyard Room as shown in the listing. It was shabby, substandard, and lacked the features what’s shown by them in any website ( as we scanned across multiple ones before booking) Upon raising the issue, one of the staff members at the property inadvertently admitted that the Courtyard Rooms are currently under construction. Yet, the management falsely insisted that the room provided was a Courtyard Room- however on their website the room they provided is listed as Palace room. Oh yes don’t get fooled - what is mentioned as lunch/dinner included - they don’t have buffet its al - carte with limited amount of variety- When we mentioned all this the hotel online manager -has the audacity to say images are just representation not the actual - which i understand but it was far beyond what they provided. When we expressed our desire to cancel the remainder of our stay due to this experience, the staff were rude and dismissive, and initially refused to process any refund. It took significant back-and-forth with them to go on this- which by the way is still not yet resolved Even then, they charged an extra ₹3,000 in cash for our dog, for which no receipt was issued. Also there’s a major renovation going on which they have not mentioning at all - with this amount please go book some nice hotel - it was a horrible experience

We regret to hear about your experience and would like to clarify certain points for accuracy. The pet fee of ₹1500 was paid by credit card, not in cash, and we have receipts to confirm this. The ₹3000 claim is also incorrect, with official records as proof. You were booked in a Courtyard Suite.The photos online are representative of the category, as is standard across most hospitality platforms. The suite you referred to was undergoing exterior painting on the opposite side of the property, with no disturbance caused near your room area. You were thus allotted another Courtyard Suite — our signature Blue Room — which belongs to the same category. Importantly, you raised no concerns on the first day. When you expressed dissatisfaction the next day, we immediately offered to move you and showed you 2–3 other Courtyard Suites, as well as photos of additional listed options. However, you declined all alternatives, insisting only on the single photographed room, which was unavailable at the moment. Regarding meals, Lunch/Dinner is not advertised as a buffet on any of our platforms as Buffet is subject to room occupancy. Our menu is seasonal and based on fresh produce. While you requested fish at dinner, fresh fish is procured in the mornings and was therefore not available on that particular evening. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Our team made every effort to resolve your concerns and provide a comfortable stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I had booked a suite expecting decent service, but it was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities like Bisleri water bottles were not provided, and the geyser wasn’t working. Despite multiple complaints, no one showed up to fix the issue. To make matters worse, a private party was happening on the premises with 4–5 dogs roaming freely — one of which aggressively barked at my wife. The situation was genuinely distressing and unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this property. Poor service, zero responsiveness, and absolutely no regard for guest safety or comfort. Avoid at all costs.

I was not given the room that was showing in the picture. When I asked the manager he told me that wait for a day and we will change. The room number was 206 on first floor but my friend got on the ground floor with triple capacity of the room and washroom

The stay of ours was for vacation. To our surprise Diggi Palace was an absolute Pleasant surprise. The property is designed keeping all the royal elegance keeping all modern day expectations intact. Polite staff and calm enviroment Food is tasty and breakfast optiona were ok. Poha is must try ! Peacocks roam in mornjng and evening in the garden and pool side. children may enjoy a lot watching them and lush green ground with birds and siquirrels around. Room is clean and washrooms are huge. well maintained property but service is bit slow.
